Family Day / Tap Out Ceremony EPIC entrance. Ten weeks ago, we saw Lorelei off for her Basic Combat Training. This was the very next time I got to see her in person! I get the chills every time I watch this!

Super emotional last few days for me… This week, my daughter became a soldier! She pushed through 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and led her platoon as Platoon Guide for part of that time. Her peers and Drill Sergeants spoke so highly of her and she was even nominated for “Soldier of The Cycle.” She left quite an impression on everyone! Made me so proud! I am so super proud you, Lorelei! I love you to the moon and back! by @draykh
