As I reminisce on the last few months a few things come to mind. My need for connection, suffocating. My ability to sabotage, ever present. My want to see the world and expand my view, crippling.

Real life and what it means to be free is something to be worked towards and takes effort. Becoming who I am. Accepting who I am, being the person I want to be and who I see myself as is important and worth fighting for. It’s exciting.

I’m not depressed. I’m not sad. Anxiety is a problem but I’m not here to complain. I think people keep their thoughts in way too much. Especially in hardcore. I don’t want to live that way. I also don’t want to be an emotional burden. It’s a balance to be found. Overall life isn’t too bad though.

Lyrically a huge record for me all about taking ownership embracing who you are and being a good person for yourself and others. First time writing songs that aren’t surface level “turned your back” shit. Shout out the lord of the rings books for putting that writing spirit in me. Love my guys. Love hardcore.

A lot of things have been going on lately and I’m coming off a relatively shitty last month or so but I feel like I’m finally bouncing back strong. Sometimes when things feel grim all it really takes is a shift in mindset and finding things to do and places to go to help you appreciate what you have. Moving in a bit over a month which is an amazing step towards my financial future and overall awesome lifestyle. Just got out of my first year of apprenticeship and truly feel like one of my toughest years are behind me. Things seem to be bouncing back and I couldn’t be more happy about it.

I just wanted to yap. New fever coming soon and the judgement day demo is probably days away from release.

If you’re ever in need of someone to talk to, hang out with or generally just need a friend never hesitate to hit me up. I love most people and if I don’t love you it’s probably because you suck.
