Breast Massage Part 2 🤍 The HOW

This practice is about so much more than technique. It’s about coming back into your body.

Before you begin, create a space where you feel safe, relaxed, and uninterrupted.

✨ Set an intention.
What do you want to cultivate more of? Love? Confidence? Sensuality? Connection? Gratitude?

✨ Take a moment to appreciate your body.
Instead of looking for what you want to change, acknowledge everything your body has carried you through, created, healed from, and allowed you to experience.

✨ Then begin the massage.
You can use the techniques I demonstrate, but you don’t have to make it complicated. Listen to your body. Explore what feels nourishing and supportive to you.

Try 5 minutes a day for 30 days and notice what shifts in the way you feel about and connect with your body.

And this doesn’t have to be a solo practice. You can bring it into your relationship too. Try spending 20–30 minutes with your partner, slowing everything down and making the intention connection rather than rushing toward an outcome.

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s presence.
It’s connection.
It’s learning to feel at home in your own body. 🤍

Save this and try it for 30 days. Then come back and tell me what you notice.

✨ Breast massage has genuinely changed my life!

I first learned this practice through Taoist energy medicine, where breast massage is used as a practice for improving lymph flow, cultivating and circulating energy, nurturing the body, and connecting more deeply with feminine and sexual energy.

After breastfeeding, my breast were sad to say the least lol Droopy and Dull. My intention was simple: to bring love, attention, energy, and fullness back into this part of my body. Doctors in other parts of the world prescribe this technique to increase fullness/size or decrease the size of your breast so I thought, WHY NOT!

So I committed to practicing breast massage every day for at least 30 days.

And it became about SO much more than my breasts.

I felt more relaxed.
More sensual.
More connected to my feminine energy.
More present in my body and less caught in my “monkey mind.”

It also became a beautiful gratitude practice. Instead of looking at my body and focusing on what had changed, I started touching it with appreciation for everything it had done for me. 🤍

And personally, I noticed a physical change too. My breasts began to feel fuller and more alive, without any cosmetic alterations.

But what I love most about this practice is the way it brings you back into your body.

Touch, relaxation, pleasure, and connection can support the nervous system and create a state where you feel safe enough to soften, receive, and simply BE.

It costs nothing.
It takes only a few minutes.
And it can become an incredibly powerful ritual of self-love.

✨ More sensual.
✨ More radiant.
✨ More connected.
✨ More love for the body you’re already in.

Your body deserves to be touched with love, especially by YOU.

Part 2: I’ll show you the actual breast massage technique I use. 🌹

I get it… chiropractors have a bad rap! BUT there are some really great ones out there that know a lot of stuff!

I don’t know about you but I’m tired of going into the MD and just getting a script with no other alternatives.

I haven’t been to a medical doctor in Over 10 years. I see naturopathic doctors, doctors of acupuncture, doctors of chiropractic, energy workers, massage therapist, midwives ETC ETC to keep me well. Literally had my baby at home.

Find an alternative to the pharmaceuticals. They don’t want you well. They make money from your sickness! by @drbethhatch

Ladies, if you want to wear a sexy push-up bra for a couple hours, go for it! 🔥

But can we talk about how those tight, restrictive underwire bras might not be doing our bodies any favors?

I challenge you to go 30 days WITHOUT an underwire bra.

I did, and I seriously can’t go back!

Here’s what I’ve personally noticed:

✨ My nervous system feels more relaxed.

✨ My breasts actually feel perkier and firmer.

✨ Less compression around my breasts and underarms, giving my lymphatic system room to do its thing.

✨ I feel sexier, freer, and more confident in my natural body.

✨ I can breathe more deeply without restriction around my rib cage.

✨ Less tension through my shoulders, chest, and upper back.

✨ Greater awareness and connection to my breasts.

✨ No more digging straps, uncomfortable wires, or tight bands.

✨ And let’s just say… my man isn’t complaining. 😉

Our breasts are meant to MOVE. Our rib cages are meant to EXPAND. Our bodies are meant to BREATHE.

Try swapping your underwire for a soft, comfortable bralette, loose-fitting bra, or supportive cami.

You don’t have to ditch support altogether. Just stop squeezing your girls into something that feels restrictive all day.

Give yourself 30 days and see how your body responds.

You might be surprised by how much more comfortable, confident, and connected you feel. 💕

🔊 Sound ON for the full experience!

After years of treating pelvic floor dysfunction, one thing I know for certain is that so many women are disconnected from their ROOT.

We have no idea how much potential lies within us until we begin to reconnect.

Simple practices like breast massage, myofascial release, improving coordination between the core and pelvic floor, jade egg exercises, and releasing the emotional and energetic blocks held within our pelvic space can awaken something extraordinary.

✨ More sensation.
✨ More connection.
✨ More pleasure.
✨ More freedom.

Our bodies are capable of experiencing levels of ecstasy that many women have never even imagined.

PS MEN: it’s the SAME for you too!

❤️ and follow for more!

More ecstasy = more healing. ❤️‍🔥

What if your womb is holding emotions you never fully processed?

I have worked with woman for years and one thing I’ve discovered is we all have a story begging to be let go of in our womb space.

I’ve seen it show up as a low libido, cysts, fibroids, painful periods, pain, tension or numbness in the yoni.

For men: prostate issues, erectile dysfunction, pain, pelvic tension and premature ejaculation. etc etc etc.

6 emotions associated with the womb:

1. Shame: Feeling dirty, unworthy, or disconnected from your sexuality.

2. Guilt: Feeling undeserving of pleasure or putting yourself first.

3. Betrayal: Broken trust, abandonment, or violated boundaries.

4. Grief: Loss, heartbreak, miscarriage, or unprocessed sadness.

5. Fear: Fear of intimacy, vulnerability, surrender, or losing control.

6. Anger: Suppressed rage, resentment, or feeling powerless.

Your womb is more than a reproductive organ. It is a center of creation, connection, and feminine power.

Please, for the love of your body, give yourself 3 minutes to STOP scrolling, get on the floor, drop your pants, and LOVE on your midsection! ❤️

Skin rolling is one of my favorite techniques for reconnecting with our core, encouraging lymphatic flow, supporting digestion, and freeing up restrictions in the connective tissue of our abdomen.

Feeling sexy doesn’t have to be complicated.

Put on your favorite outfit, turn on your favorite song, and move your hips and body for 5 minutes. Moving your hips helps to release stored trauma that we have held on to for years.

Slow down. Let the music move through your cells. I pray to my guides to help me surrender and let go.

Let go of the fear of not being good enough, not being worthy, or the shame of feeling dirty or bad for embracing your sensuality.

Give yourself permission to FEEL SEXY.

And watch how your nervous system let go and come alive. 🔥

🍑 BOOTY GRIPPING: PART 2!

If you’re finding this video, go watch Part 1 first!

Today, I’m sharing some of my favorite exercises for unsticking the tissues along the backside of your pelvic floor, glutes, and deep hip rotators!

🍑 5 exercises to release that booty grip:

1️⃣ Self-myofascial release to free up restricted tissue. Self and Lacrosse ball

2️⃣ Quadruped hip internal rotation breathing to encourage relaxation and mobility.

3️⃣ Blocked hip IR/ER to improve eccentric length and control.

4️⃣ Standing isometric hip IR to activate those deep hip rotators. Feel that booty burn! 🔥

5️⃣ Kickstand airplanes to build hip stability and control.

And when you’re done?

💃 TWERK IT OUT! Let those hips move, shake, and release!

Your pelvic floor doesn’t always need more squeezing. Sometimes it needs to learn how to LET GO!

Our bodies are constantly searching for equilibrium.

When the pelvis is sitting in a forward-tilted orientation, the body searches for stability and may try to bring us back toward neutral by gripping the muscles at the bottom of the pelvis.

Over time, that tension can contribute to pain around the tailbone, SI joint, low back, and hips.

And sometimes the answer isn’t to strengthen MORE. It’s learning how to let go of the grip. 🌀

Follow this 3-part series for exercises you can use to improve posterior pelvic floor gripping and help your pelvis find a more neutral position.
