39 weeks today💙 and baby is just too comfy than I’d hoped he’d be at this point (despite doing weeks of birth prep)… but I’m reminded again today of Gods faithfulness in keeping myself and baby in such good health until now. Praying for for His continued provision in baby’s delivery and my healing 🙏🏽 by @drcarajoy

Our recent little escape to Club Med South Africa in KZN 🌴☀️

Location 💯, amazing food (probably Aarons favourite part😅) & facilities and no shortage of activities for the whole family!

We realised, though, that we’re a family who loves less structure on vacation and our group’s little ones often just free play together, as long as there’s water and snacks nearby. And attempting surfing lessons on the Wild Coast? Now that’s an adventure comedy in itself! 😂🏄‍♀️

Lovely memories made, and so good to see investment in South African tourism creating experiences like these right on our doorstep. 🇿🇦❤️

MindFUEL is back!

Pilates with @clinton_can_za showed us who was the boss😅🔥
I hosted a MindFUEL session yesterday after almost a year since our last (because life was lifeing) and man I’m so happy!

MINDfuel is aimed to inspire/ reignite a passion for everyday sisters to utilise exercise for mental wellness. A monthly girls date carved out as a sacred time and space for women to fill our cups through movement and community!

The simple joy of enjoying a misty walk along the beach followed by a Pilates burn with @clinton_can_za. So needed! Thanks to the girls who showed up and looking forward to our next!🫶🏻🥰 by @drcarajoy
