Buy it, Read it, Do it. Thank me later. Your desk chair is essentially a cage for your hips and spine. It’s time to break out of captivity and reclaim the deep squat. Your body was built for it #drchada #deepsquat #biohack #spinehealth #backpainexercises by @drchada

Amyloid beta (Ab) does not naturally contain lead (Pb). However, studies show that they bind together to form amyloid plaques. Current and incorrect research treats Ab as the problem. The unified theory that is Oscillatory Bioenergetics presents it as the reaction to a much larger problem. It is what I have coined “The Maladaptive Heroic Reflex” where the reflex prolongs survival, but collapses because Pb was not on the Earth’s surface when eukaryotes formed. The tragedy is that the grifters figured out how to sell Hope to the grieving. #Alzheimers #Dementia #DrChada #CognitiveScience #PercololativeCompositeDielectric by @drchada

Sometimes the root cause is just that simple. Throwing chemicals at an electrical problem is like jump starting your car with the French Fries between the seats. #Alzheimers #OscillatoryBioenergetics #DrChada #BrainHealth #CognitiveScience by @drchada

Alzheimer’s is not a disease of the brain. It is a disease of the spine that manifests in the brain. It is the end-stage failure of the human machine to generate the energy required to clean itself. #alzheimers #alzheimersassociation #dementia #DrChada #OscillatoryBioenergetics by @drchada
