If your goals feel heavy, check the language you’re using

Should → pressure
Want → lack
Choose → power

The words you use decide how you move through life

This shift changes everything 🗝️

say amen if you need this prayer:

Dear God:
My heart is heavy.
My mind is racing.
My life feels stuck.
Heal my heart.
Dry these tears.
Bring peace in my life.
Heal me.
Strengthen me.
Guide me.
In Jesus Name,
Amen.

You are God’s singer on this earth!
If God is LOVE,
and God is a SONG,
YOU get to sing this song!

So learn to sing it well!
Trust the God, who is True Love, WILLs to lead you.
Yield to this High Love, and High Calling!

As God’s re-presentative:
I invite you! 💖

Let NOT your heart be troubled. (Don’t allow them to pull you out of this equanimity, union with God)

from a mystic in the 1200’s:

O sweet Jesus, most lovely form...
Thou art the sun of all eyes,
the joy of all ears,
the voice of all words,
the power of all valour,
the teacher of all wisdom,
the love in all life,
the order in all being.

Here’s our one minute glimpse into “Sunday”
which is perpetually called “The Lord’s Day”
(Because Jesus resurrected from the dead on a Sunday)

I am so refreshed from an artist retreat,
where I got to meet one of the speakers,
this author and poet, @malcolmguiteofficial (Malcom Guite ) and illustrator @stephencrotts of Galahad and the Grail.

I wanted to share a moment, again, as I do most every Sunday, so others can share in the beauty God reveals to and through one person!

Join us in this song called “Stockholm” where we explore the Art of Living (Tao te Ching) and the words of Jesus “my Peace I give unto you… this peace is from a higher place than the world’s notion of peace”

and the Sufi poet, Rumi “every day, leave your house like a lighthouse, a lifeboat, or a shepherd.”

I wrote the song lyrics of this song I played today “Stockholm” and @bobbylongnews wrote the music for it.

Songs that came up in this spontaneous guitar “practice” /session/ contemplation were also from @talkingheadsofficial , @u2, @liamgallagher @themightyi , @oasis , @ebtgofficial (@traceythorn and @benwatt ) , Bob Marley, the Crouching Tiger theme song “a love before time” , the “songs about rainbows” song that Kermit and @willienelsonofficial sing! and @marenmorris song from last week. Also @officialaha and @imogenheap — EBTG sings
“we walk the same line”

…if you’re lost
I’m right behind,
because we walk the same line. by @drcherylmeier

YOU have a choice here on this earth, to say “yes” or no. To be courageous and LET God save, redeem, and transform you into the holy being you were always created to become! St. Paul says as Christians our bodies are now the temple of the Living God!

Yes, these are sacred mysteries, but they’re mysteries we are meant to LIVE out! We can be courageous like Mary was. And like Joseph was. And like Jesus Christ was, who ultimately laid down his life to pay the debt we owed because of our foolishness (through Adam and Eve).

If you can see you have not been perfect.
That’s the debt.
Jesus will give us His righteousness.
So that we can be reconciled to a Loving and yet JUST Father. God provided the solution FOR us!

This is a courageous and noble path but we somehow cannot enter it through egotism or it doesn’t “work”. We’re not getting it if we try to go through that door!

But have NO FEAR!
Just say to God “I want your true salvation through Jesus Christ! I say Yes to the Creator!”
