The older I get, the more I realize that success isn’t just about what you accomplish. It’s about having the health, freedom, and peace to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

Some of my favorite moments aren’t the big milestones. They’re the quiet ones. Watching the ocean. Feeling the breeze. Spending time with people I love. Being grateful for where I am while still looking forward to where God is taking me.

Two years ago on my 50th birthday cruise, I stood in this exact same spot in Turks & Caicos and took the picture on the left.

Today, I came back and recreated it… and wow. Looking at these side by side is emotional for me because I truly thought feeling exhausted, inflamed, uncomfortable in my own skin, and struggling with my weight was just part of getting older. I had no idea how much my life, my health, and my confidence could change.

I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been at 52 and that’s why the very first thing I wanted to do when I got off that ship today was come back to this exact spot and recreate this photo. Just incredibly grateful I found an all natural solution that helped me finally feel like ME again. ❤️

🚨Transformation Tuesday 🚨

One year apart. No shots. No extremes. No overnight fix.

What’s crazy is that in the photo on the left, Perry was actually working out six days a week. Today, he works out about three and while you can see the difference on the outside, that’s not what matters most to us. We want to be healthy to live life together, to travel and make memories and grow older feeling our best. That’s the transformation that means everything. Oh and our bloodwork shows we’re right on track because of course the scientist in me needs to see the results 🥰

So what’s my big announcement… I qualified for this amazing leadership retreat.

Five days in a mansion in the mountains of Tennessee, surrounded by incredible leaders and business partners who have poured into me, believed in me, challenged me and sometimes saw more in me than I could see in myself.

For me, this isn’t just a reward. It’s a reminder that every conversation, every person helped, every story shared and every life changed matters. In less than a month, I’ll be able to grow even more and become a better leader for the people whose lives I’m meant to impact next.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for this opportunity, for the people who have poured into me along the way and for everything God is doing through me in this journey. 🙏🏼❤️

A few years ago, I took my kids to Europe for the first time. I was a single mom and one of the things that mattered most to me was giving them experiences they would remember forever. I wanted them to see the world, experience different cultures and understand how much life exists beyond what we see every day.

I chose a hotel where we could walk outside and see the Eiffel Tower right there. Watching their faces when the lights started sparkling, FaceTiming friends and family back home and just standing there taking it all in… those are the moments I’ll never forget.

Trips come and go, but memories like that stay with you. I’m so grateful I said yes to those experiences then and I’m already looking forward to the next adventure. ❤️
