Movement is medicine for the spine. Step 1 get movement, step 2 get active movement, step 3 load that movement!

Low back pain does NOT mean you should stop moving!

I don’t know who needs to hear it, but less movement is a great way to make things worse, not better.

Strength is still important, but is it THE cure? No. Otherwise, high level athletes wouldn’t be dealing with so much low back pain (and MOST of them deal with it in their career if you didn’t know).

Low back pain is complex. To fix it, you need to UNDERSTAND why you hurt, CALM the nervous system down, ADDRESS mobility and strength deficits, IMPROVE habits and lifestyle, and do these things together CONSISTENTLY.

Follow for upcoming videos teaching you how to do these things!

Your chiropractor should help your spine get STRONGER, not just hurt less. Comment the word “SPINE” if you want to learn how to strengthen your spine.
