POSTS STORIES REELS

Today feels like one of those pause-and-smile moments.

I’m honored to share that I’ve been featured in Bold Journey Magazine.

Taking time to reflect on the path, the lessons, the people, and the work that continues to grow from seeds planted long ago.

One part of the interview that stayed with me was this reminder:

Consistency over perfection.

There were many seasons where progress didn’t look dramatic—but small, steady steps added up over time.

If you’ve ever supported me, encouraged me, trusted me with your care, or simply cheered me on—thank you. Truly.

You are part of this journey too.

I’m so excited to share that I’ve been featured in VoyageATL Magazine’s Inspiring Stories series! 🙏🏽

This interview felt like such a full-circle moment — talking about faith, family, healing, and the heart behind Align Wellness Center.

Thank you to everyone who has walked this journey with me. Your love and support mean everything. 💛 by @drdarnitamombaby

It’s funny… people have told me before, “I didn’t even know you made that.”

And every time, I think, “Well, I thought everybody knew.” 🤷🏽‍♀️

Then I realized… no, they wouldn’t know if I never actually show it.

So I’ve been spending time getting everything organized, taking pictures, writing descriptions, and putting it all in one place.

Truth be told, I think I was more excited that I actually finished it than anything else.

If you’re ever curious about the herbal blends, room mists, bug spray, chest rub, skin healing cream, lip balm, or some of the other things I’ve been making over here, I’d love to share it with you.

Just leave me a 🌿, and I’ll send you the link. by @drdarnitamombaby

Meet Settle In. 🌿

A thoughtfully crafted room + linen mist designed to help every space feel a little more like home.

This first batch is headed to a special group of Spelman women next weekend, and I couldn’t be more excited.

More to come. 💙🩵 by @drdarnitamombaby

😂😂😂 Not me getting unsolicited commercials from my customers.

Jamila said:

‘If you don’t have this in your calming rest ritual, you’re not really trying to rest.”

She also informed everyone that if nobody has put you on to this oil yet, they don’t really love you. 🤣

(Those are her words, not mine.)

But I am grateful that something I created has become part of so many bedtime routines.

A text message I’ll happily receive every time.

“I only have enough for maybe 2 more nights.”

Our Calming Baby Oil was originally created for babies, but more than a few mamas have claimed a bottle for themselves.

Sleep. Rest. Routine. Ritual.

Those small things matter.

Thank you, Jamila, for trusting me to be a tiny part of your evenings. 💚

This weekend reminded me that healing doesn’t only happen in offices.

It happens on porches, at community events, and anywhere people feel seen, supported, and connected.

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend special. by @drdarnitamombaby

Chiropractors need chiropractors too… by @drdarnitamombaby

Hormones said chocolate.

I listened.

Chocolate protein pudding with yogurt, pecans, dark chocolate, and a drizzle of honey.
