You never know someone’s story.

Something as simple as a lazy river instead of a wave pool means more access for those with chronic illness. It is a more inclusive design.

Another great Black Women in Michigan Politics luncheon in the books. Insightful speakers. Great vendors. Good food. Looking forward to next year.

💗Sewing class at BasBlue: 1) I love being a member. 2) I used a serger tonight for the first time. 3) I have a new tote pattern that I absolutely love.

Got a chance to go “back home” to Wayne State today for the legacy benefit breakfast in honor of Dr. Silas Norman, Jr. It was a whole reunion! Glad to see so many familiar faces and to be recognized as one of the program’s founders.
