Dr. Tom Decates, MD PhD, is an aesthetic physician and Assistant Professor whose work combines clinical practice with scientific research into filler complications.

Since 2016, he has been researching filler-related complications at Amsterdam UMC and Erasmus MC Rotterdam. Together with his colleagues, he runs the world’s largest outpatient clinic dedicated to filler complications, treating around 500 patients each year and educating physicians from around the world.

Just finished my abstract for AMWC Monaco in March 2026. I will give four lectures:
