It’s “allergy season”…

Obviously, there’s more to unpack than a 90 second clip…

But for the love…
For your health and sanity…

We live in a time where there is a pill for every ill!
We want the quick fix!
We want the magic wand!

Allergy season around here gets everyone popping over the counter medication like it’s Candy!

And those pills might dry you out and it might suppress your sneeze… But it’s sure not FIXING anything!!!

Can you be curious enough to wonder why your body is hyper reacting to your environment?

Why is it that I can be in the same place as you and not suffering with the same symptoms?

What is your body trying to tell you?

I get it. I know it’s not fun!
And I understand that allergic reactions are very real, and can be very intense for some people!

Yet, I firmly believe that if your body is doing its best attempt with watery eyes, runny noses, itching, coughing, sneezing to be your “check engine light”… it’s far better to listen, than suppress!

So many people come in and say “MY ALLERGIES”…. Pllleeeeaaase try not to speak that into your body! It can hear you!!

Don’t claim that label!

Don’t get stuck in a diagnosis rut that you can’t see a way out of!

Practitioners…
Let’s help people FEEL BETTER…
AND
Let’s invite people to look at their choices, symptom signals, lifestyle habits, etc.

What if we all got brave enough to hold each other accountable?

What if we all took responsibility for our habits and choices and looked for natural ways to support our system instead of Wage War and suppressing symptoms? #ohwhataworlditwouldbe
