Today, I’m sitting in a place of deep gratitude.💚

The SEI MORE™ Podcast and Journal launch has been a beautiful reminder of what happens when you trust the vision, honor the process, and keep going—even when the journey stretches you in ways you never expected.

I’m feeling grateful. I’m feeling proud. I’m feeling emotional. I’m feeling humbled. And honestly, I’m feeling excited about what comes next.

What started as an idea, a conversation, and a desire to help people understand themselves and their emotions differently has now become something I can hold, share, hear, and experience in real time.
