Our first walk was pure joy. 👟🎧💛

The best part? The energy was contagious. We were walking, laughing, vibing. Even other walkers couldn’t help but smile with us. That’s community. 🥹✨

Thank you to all who came out to have fun with us ❤️.

Special love to our founder crew for showing up, moving with us, and helping bring this little idea to life. 🫶🏾

Join us next week:
📍 Lincoln Woods State Park
📅 Saturday, July 18
⏰ 9:45 AM
Same place. Same time. Good music. Good people.

And if you’ve been sitting on an idea, this is your sign: start small, but be brave. Just start. 🌱🔥

That Covid 15 was more like 20 for me😂😂, but had to put myself in the best position to succeed in 2021 and I wasn't waiting for the New Year to do it. Not there yet but I'm on my way!

Biggest shout-outs to @trevitrev06 @cyclewithtrev for the 3 months of training, guidance, patience and torture 🤣🤣 and @listen.learn.elevate for supporting, cheering and pushing me everyday. Love and appreciate y'all 🙏🏽🙏🏽

We are BLACK MEN!..... We build .... We don't tear down other BLACK MEN! .... We have felt the pain of being torn down and we have decided we will be deliberate about building others! If I didn't tag you, please don't be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, we men find it easier to criticize each other, instead of building each other up. With all the negativity going around let's do something positive!!🌟 Upload 1 picture of yourself...ONLY you. Then tag as many brothers to do the same. Let's build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. 💛💛 COPY AND PASTE 💛💛

Decided to try and get creative with a different style of video... Tried to see what an ad for my favorite tea @bigelowtea would look like, comment below and let me know what you think!

Shout-out to @progressive_meech for being in the video and @daniel.schiffer for the inspiration

28 years down!! 2018 has been my most trying year ever but also my most rewarding. I've traveled, watched 2 brothers begin their lifelong journeys with their spouses, began an awesome career, experienced love, 2 fiesty pups and joined the ICE COLD BROTHERS of Alpha Phi Alpha! Here's to an awesome 29th: shootout to @brusnichkinaa for making this birthday one to remember #mybirthday #mybirthdaytomorrow #28 #gettingold #greatness #dubai #dubailife #kenya #safari #masaimara #APhiA #AlphaPhiAlpha #puppies #dogs #shihtzu by @dread.intellect
