POSTS STORIES REELS

What a difference 8 weeks can make. I had some complications after I had my daughter and it took me a while to bounce back. I called my brother @lock_fit and his words were, “That dog is still in you, you just gotta wake em up”

Set me up with a routine and diet plan. These are the results from the first 8 weeks! 😤 🏋🏽‍♀️ (And I slacked off towards the end) I swear I’ve had like 4 lives.

Moral of the story: 1. Wake that dog up! 2. My brother is the best trainer in Atlanta! Hit him uppppppp!! @lock_fit by @dreadenisee_

I challenged myself to read more books this year. So here are some of my bookshelf favorites of 2026! 📚 In no particular order.

1. Woman Evolve, Sarah Jakes Roberts (reread)

Ever felt shame for knowing better and still not doing better?
Auntie helps push to release fear and step into your next season.

2. Start With Yourself, Emma Grede

She’s brilliant at giving a different perspective on building a life and career on your own terms.

3. Atomic Habits, James Clear (reread)

An eye opener that tiny changes lead to remarkable results.

4. No Bad Part, Richard Schwartz, PhD

A gentle way to understand your inner world and heal from the inside out.

5. The Palette Within, Ayana Gibbs, MBChB & Stephanie Ozuo, PhD

An important look at ADHD in Black women, long overdue.

6. We Should All Be Millionaires, Rachel Rodgers

A guide to earning more, building wealth, and claiming economic power.

Which one is on your shelf? Drop your favorite read below, maybe I’ll read it next!👇🏽💛

Hey friend! This week has gone by so fast and I can’t believe that tomorrow my first episode will be available everywhere.

Whoever picked photo two, you’re the lucky winner! 🏆 The last one was one of my favs though, definitely me in a picture 😂

See you tomorrow! 👋🏽 by @dreadenisee_

Did you hear?? Friday, June 19, my first episode drops.

The cover art releases tomorrow, which picture do you think I chose? 👀🤔 Leave your answer in the comments 👇🏽

See you tomorrow 👋🏽 by @dreadenisee_

Honestly this has been a roller coaster of a journey to get here. And I think that’s actually the most vulnerable thing I could say.

Because this podcast isn’t about perfection. It never was.

It’s about showing up. Pivoting when you need to. And not letting the hard parts of the process become the reason you stop.

So here I am. Betting on myself.

Episode 1 of Golden Crown Conversations drops Friday, June 19th🎙️👑

I am so ready to have these conversations with you. Stay close this week!

31 🤎✨

I never shared my birthing experience but 30 changed me forever. While giving birth I almost died, my mom was the only one that noticed and honestly saved my life. Life means something different to me now, motherhood hits deeper. God said “here’s another chance”, reminded me of WHOSE I was, and brought that dog out me. 365 days of healing, loving and being a muva 💋🧁🥳 by @dreadenisee_
