Sgt. Slaughter was once a promising company officer stationed in the Mekong delta in South Vietnam during the war. From the moment his was drafted he never rested...
from walking point man for his infantry deep into enemy territory late at night where every tentitive step could be your last...
To squeezing into tight booby trapped tunnels in the pitch dark, not knowing if the enemy was round the corner...
and carrying wounded screaming comrades over your shoulders to waiting choppers as bullets fly over you from hidden foes in the tree line...
But it was when he moved to Levenshulme and set up crimson rose tattoo and piercing, the immediate danger and psychological warfare really began.
Now you can find him staring blankly, with his tattoo machine in his hands, shell shocked by the horrors he's seen in the studio

Meet the CRIMSON ROSE team...
As our family expands we thought we would introduce ourselves again

Opened back in 2016, Crimson Rose Tattoo and Piercing is based in the heart of Levenshulme on Stockport Road. We are a warm and welcoming studio, neurodivergent and queer friendly, and a safe space for all.

THE GANG:

The big boss Steve @dreadheadtattoo has over 20 years of experience and specialises in realism, fine line and black and grey tattoos.

Dan, @gmct_72 who has over 5 years of experience and specialises in traditional, black and grey, and japanese style tattoos.

Amy @piercingsamy our special piercing diva miss Amy...highly trained having worked in many city centre studios ,Amy is very friendly and can put any nervous client at ease

Leona @patchworkheaart is our junior artist and has been with us since September 2023. She is interested in quirky, gothic and bold artwork, so get booked in!

Charleigh @tattedbytragedy is our apprentice who has already a year under their belt...specialising in black and goth work their portfolio is already stacked with amazing work so give them a follow

Sam @bunt_ink is one of our new apprentices with a love of hand painted traditional and Japanese work they are also experimenting with mirco fine tattoos

And Amalie @bleachbabii.tattoo our other aprentice ,although at the start of their career they are producing some amazing black work and also work with stick and poke

Finally we have our lovely Nyx @daydream3r who runs our bookings and front of house and never fails to give service with a smile!

We would to see all your faces down at Crimson Rose. We are open 7 days a week, for tattoos, piercings, consultations, advice or just for a good old chat (we are a talkative bunch!)

See you in the studio,

The Crimson Family <3
