Beautiful hair is only part of what I do. Just as important to me is making sure you feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease throughout the experience.

I welcome clients with all kinds of needs, preferences, and ways of experiencing the world. Creating a comfortable, judgment-free space means listening, being patient, and being willing to adapt. There's no one-size-fits-all experience here.

Sometimes that means turning a trip to Buckhorn Lake into a full-day adventure, and that's perfectly okay with me. ESPECIALLY when there are three kinds of cookies, a little 🌿💨, and Beetlejuice playing on the TV 🪳

At the end of the day, it's about more than just hair 👑

New chapter, new hair 💛

This lovely human is packing up and heading west 🏔 🚗💨 🌳🏡🌳 I’m so glad we got to spend some time together before she goes.

Something I really appreciate about this work is how quickly a stranger can become someone you’re rooting for 🎉 A little time together, a good vibe, and suddenly you’re excited to hear where life takes them next 🧭

Now these locs get to go on the adventure with her. Wishing her a smooth move, good people along the way, and a new home she loves. Keep in touch 👋 I’d love to hear how you’re settling in! ✨

Easily one of my top five favourite dread sets. 🤍

He’s been wearing his dreads since he was three years old, and this loose, low-maintenance, semi-freeform set embodies the character and authenticity of dreads that have been allowed to simply be.

A good loctician knows how to maintain a mature dread set without polishing away its story. The texture, individuality and imperfections are part of what makes it authentic. The work is in caring for the hair while allowing all of that history and character to remain.

Busy mom 🦸‍♀️ Cottage life 🍉 Swimming 🌊Surfing 🤙 A whole lot of wear and tear 🛠

And somehow, these locs still look this good ✨️ 👀✨️

Here’s the answer: regular maintenance. She’s been a consistent client for years, and that makes a huge difference — especially with fine, delicate hair. She takes care of her locs, keeps up with appointments, and luckily for her - she’s got a pretty good loctician 😇
