October 17th, 2024: The day Getting Older Podcast premiered. I started this journey when I was ready to stop being silent. For so long, I hid my thoughts: afraid of judgment, afraid my story made me a failure. Then I fell in love with storytelling. Nine months into therapy, I told my therapist, “I want to start a podcast.” I wanted to turn pain into purpose to bring the real, unfiltered conversations into the open. What began with one camera and a vision became a home for truth, healing, and connection. ❤️ With the help of @flexworkstudios , that vision became something real and something I’m proud of every single day. The creative energy, the teamwork, and the belief they poured into this made all the difference 🙏🏽 To every guest who’s shared their story — thank you. Your honesty inspires more than you know.
