The whole day felt like one big reminder to marry someone who looks at you like this. You could just tell Chris was absolutely obsessed with her by the way he watched her all day long 😭 every glance, every little smile, every moment together just felt so sweet and genuine.

If you’re worried about looking stiff or “posed” in your wedding photos — this one’s for you.

Here’s the truth: you don’t have to be a model. You just need two things.

✨Simple direction.✨

My job is to give you small, easy prompts — turn your shoulders this way, take his hand, walk slow — nothing complicated, nothing that requires you to think about your face or your body. If you can follow simple instructions, you can look effortless in photos. That’s it. That’s the whole secret.

✨Focus on each other.✨

The rest is up to you — but the good news is, it’s the easy part. Look at your partner. Laugh at something they said. Notice the mountains, the grass under your feet, the fact that you just married your best friend. When you’re actually present with each other instead of thinking about the camera, that’s when the real photos happen — the ones you’ll love in twenty years, not just tomorrow.

You don’t need to know how to pose. You just need to show up and love each other. I’ll handle the rest.

Marry someone who can’t hold back the tears before they’ve even seen you. 🤍 The moment Morgan reached for Jake’s hand for their first touch, the tears started flowing... and we all knew the walk down the aisle wasn’t going to stand a chance.

Watching the way he looked at her throughout the day was one of my favorite parts of their wedding. I adore beautiful design. I could admire thoughtful details and perfectly layered tables for hours. But at the end of the day, they’re simply the backdrop.

The real story has always been this. Two people standing before the people they love most, choosing each other for the rest of their lives. That’s the part I’ll never get tired of witnessing.
