In May 2024, I dreamed of a tiny piece of marble shaped like an ice cube sitting inside what looked like a bourbon glass. I knew the detail was significant when I woke up, but nothing in my life explained it. I hadn't even met the person who would later become part of this story. When bourbon eventually became connected to that relationship, I began looking at the image differently.
