What a magical creative project i got to share with some incredible humans! Thank you @nick_nobrega for this footage, and @benjichangphoto for crawling around with your camera too! Couldn’t have made something so epic, primal, and powerful without these lovely humans.

It’s not everyday you get to scramble around a pointy sharp lava feild with your friends and make creative visions come true. by @dreamingwith_devi

Let me tell you about the Mission ballroom with the high step Society!

This magical night was such a special milestone for this incredible band’s career! I am absolutely overfilled with gratitude and love to be honored to join them on stage for this incredible opportunity.

If you know me, you know that all forms of performance art is something that absolutely fills my soul and cracks my heart wide open. Stepping into clowning more frequently and exploring different personas has been so healing and fulfilling.

getting to share creativity and the love of performance with my sweet sister @lyla_lush was nothing less of a dream!

Being able to speak through my art to the massive audience that @missionballroom brings in was overwhelmingly exciting. Such an incredible audience to share love through art with!

thank you endlessly to @highstepsociety for sharing your dream with us!

Thank you @zoejakes and her team for getting down and silly with us during the finale chaos takeover!

Thank you 1 million to everyone involved for creating such magic and a memorable experience @beatsantique

Vaudeville baby!
So stoked on the debut of my character serpentine mayhem!

This spicy trickster vaudville, babe, brought her hat full of surprises and moves that are mesmerizing to the burlesque show this year at building man.
If you know me, you know, my roots are in theater and over the top performance. This piece means so much to me and really felt like such a special personality expression. The love and support that I felt before during and after this performance has absolutely exploded my heart. So grateful to have the space to share my creative visions with so many incredible people. ❤️🖤❤️🖤

Hi! I finally made bus tour video!
Welcome to WHIMZY 💛

A year and a half living full-time on the road in this magical little home has taught me so much about my independence, how frustrating diesel engines can be, and all of the magical places that I never realized she would bring me, and so so much more!

So grateful for her on her good days and not so great days 🥹

here’s everything about my lovely home Whimzy that I could fit into two Ish minutes 😅

Are your feelings valid?

Is there a way that these valid feelings can be expressed help us grow closer in our connections?

Is there a way that these feelings can be expressed that may add more separation?

WE ARE SOMATIC BEINGS

Meaning our bodies carry emotion, sensation, memories, and energy.
Starting my days like this have been an absolute game changer!

BREATHE it in
Move it around
Move it through
SCREAM it out
GROUND it in
SHAKE it out!

Moving away the stuck energy in my physical body allows the foggy brain energy to clear from my mind.
This practice Brings me motivation and ambition to tackle my day and make it Whatever I desire it to be!

• Call in VS call out •
Let’s talk about the magic of language.
shifting the delivery of your words or simply the words that you use to say basically the same thing can effect greatly how the sentence is received.
Having a receptive conversation is where we can grow deeper in love with one another
The magic of communication is quite special! by @dreamingwith_devi

Not letting our empathy rob someone of the beautiful lessons of the consequences of their actions.
Discomfort is where the growth happens!
