Dream Along With Me is an indie animated show that will follow the lives and antics of a group of puppet friends, The Dreamalong Gang, as they navigate a patchwork dreamscape as the unknowing playthings of hypnagogic horrors known as “Strangers”.

What stalks them as they venture into the deeper layers of their dreamland?

Can they fight their fate, or will they be forever tangled in strings handled by unseen hands?

Will their own wandering feet find a gentle path, or are they doomed to walk forever in oblivion?

A Seeker Laughs in the Dark.

Gather around, bedbugs. It’s storytime!

Major thank you to @eddie_entertainment for helping me with backgrounds and layouts, and thank you to @kmodogram for providing the wonderfully haunting soundtrack!

And!! Thank you to our supporters! We love you! I hope you have fun watching! :o) 💖💛🩵💙💜

Hello, hi! I’d like to introduce my indie animated series in development called Dream Along With Me, which follows a group of puppet friends as they navigate a patchwork dreamscape while being stalked by secret horrors of the past. An escapist dream may become their cotton-candied purgatory!
On their journey through the subconscious, you will be joining:
⭐️ Archie Aster the Stellar Storyteller and his Living Shadow
☀️ Early Early Oxenfree the Soothsaying Trickster
🌈 Mae Flowers the Rainbow Goblin
🌙 Lunette Lullabye the Playtime Devil
☁️ Honeybell the Counting Sheep
🐳 Darling Fiona the Wayward Siren
🪄 Teddy O’Stara the Merrymaking Magician
🎂 Mufflin Mallow the Big Rock Candy Monster
🍦 Bertie Sherbet the Softserve Sweetheart
👻 Oddrey Shivers the Phantom Primadonna
📺 And your Friendly Midnight Television Host, Roy G. Biv!
Walk on into that Good Night carefully friends, lest The Strangers of the Wonder Void hear you!

Ah… This project has really been through it the past 16* years give or take— I started developing it with Earl when I was on Sid the Science Kid as an intern. I am so grateful to those that gave it a chance 🥹 It is inspired by my days at Jim Henson’s studio, my dad and I’s love for the Muppets, Sesame Street, and Labyrinth, the 90s Moomin series, Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared, and Welcome to Night Vale! It’s a story very personal to me, and I hope others that connect to the Dreamalong Gang’s struggles will see themselves triumph when they do, too 💖💛🩵 Be kind and take care of one another! Life is too fragile, so let’s make it beautiful 🌈

🌈⭐️Would You Like to See My World? ☁️🎉

Kaloo, Kalay, Happy Indie Animation Day! My name is Mage, and for the past 3 years I’ve been sharing the development of my indie show, Dream Along With Me! It’s been an honor, a privilege, and a total blast to work alongside some of the most wonderful people I know <:o) Here’s a showreel of sample work I’ve made with the help of friends!

For those that are new, Dream Along With Me is an upcoming indie horror-mystery-comedy animated series which follows a group of puppet and toy friends as they navigate a nightmarish patchwork dreamscape of their own making, while being stalked by secret horrors of the past and the subconscious. An escapist dream may become their cotton-candied purgatory. You can find more info on it through the pinned posts and my story highlights, and for today I’ve opened up my ask box for any queries for curious ones! :o)

We are currently in the pre-production stage, but all proceeds from our Ko-Fi go towards helping myself with living expenses while I work on this, production costs, and paying our team. Your support will help us be able to focus our time on this project. Whether it’s through donation or sharing, all support is welcome and very much appreciated. <:o)

🌧️🌸We’ll Dazzle You into a Trance at the Springtide Dance, Darling! 🌈🌼

Teddy O’Stara is dressed to the nines for the Springtide Dance, an event commemorating the first day of spring! It’s been a while since I’ve made a little holiday icon for myself and I’ve never really made one with Teddy, so this was a lot of fun!! I included the little concept design and color done for his Spring costume this year :o) I can’t wait for Easter!!! I like going on little egg hunts with my roomies and it makes me so happy to see bunny things everywhere! And everything is pastel and bright! 🥹💖💖 Hope you all like! Teddy enjoyers, pspspsps!

He wears a magician suit that is pastel colored with a blue butterfly used as a bowtie. He has a pastel rainbow rose embroidered onto his magic hat. Translucent rainbow arms wrap around him in a ghostly embrace that he doesn’t seem to notice. by @dreammeiser

Let’s Celebrate Love! It’s the Candy Heart Carnival!
🪽🎡🎠🎪🫀

You can swipe for closeups! The town of Dreamalong has its own celebration of all sorts of love, from platonic to romantic to straight up ambivalence! Different Candy Hearts have Different meanings on this week— how do you wish to express love? You can get your Love Fortune told by Earl, have Bertie deliver a Candy Gram to your friends and loved ones, send someone special a plush made lovingly by Lunette, share a Lovespark Soda at Mae’s rainbow soda fountain, watch a romantic magic performance at Teddy’s Night Circle Theatre, or get some delicious pastries lovingly made by Mufflin! The found family of the Dreamalong Gang wish to celebrate with you! Who would you take to the Candy Heart Carnival? ;o)

Thank you for being patient and for your support during a hard month! My family’s going through a sad time but it does help to spend this time together and I couldn’t have asked for a better support system. You’re all wonderful 💙💖🩵

Biv sits leaning back above him with his mic, Mae Flowers reaches out to embrace Archie, Teddy O’Stara holds a bouquet of rainbow roses, Mufflin Mallow holds up a Candy Heart Cake, Honeybell is focused on a blue bird, not caring for much else around her. Lunette Lullabye presents plushies happily, Darling Fiona holds an outstretched hand as she holds up a rose, Bertie Sherbet holds up Candygrams, Early Early Oxenfree has his arms surrounding Archie to embrace him, both of them tearful. Archie holds a Candy Heart that says “I’ll See You Again in Your Dreams”, with “I’m Sorry” written in blood over some of the lettering. by @dreammeiser

⛈️ ‘Tis Fine, I Cannot Hear You Anyhow ⛈️

Honeybell the Counting Sheep is the curious little puppet that keeps the Cottonwood Library and Book Company of Dreamalong and values a calm and quiet surrounding. A mind that hungers for knowledge and an appreciation for snow, rain, and mountains will find themself in good company with Honeybell! The ringing of her bell calms even the most anxious minds. Hush, now, and come sit by her fireplace. :o)

These were made to celebrate Honeybell’s birthday on January 6th! Thank you to everyone that stopped by to chat with her and Thank you to my friend @shantimochi for helping with animating the Scared Sprite!

Honeybell is one of the main characters of an upcoming indie animated horror mystery series called “Dream Along With Me”!

🎊🎈Following the Leader Wherever He May Go🎂🎉

Please give a warm welcome to Jolly Joxer on this glorific Halloween Day! Joxer is Dreamalong’s resident Birthday Clown! Renowned for his illusory craft and mesmerizing contra alto flute proficiency, this Birthday Clown brought joy and wonder to many kidlets in Dreamalong, once upon a time! The beloved clown has mysteriously vanished into the night many years ago, with many having presumed him to have died or gone missing… until now! Lucky me, luckier you! Ta-dum, Ta-dee, a-Tilly-Tum-Tee-Day…

Fun Fact: He was supposed to be a Sonic fan oc but he ended up evolving past that 💀 Ain’t that just the way.
