🎧 FREE Audio: Exit Survival Mode ↓

POSTS STORIES REELS

If your body is tired but your mind won’t stop, this is for you.

🎧 I made you a free 15-min hypnosis: Exit Survival Mode.

For when you’re stuck in survival mode all day — not just at 2am. The 2pm overwhelm, the spiraling, the can’t-switch-off feeling.

In 15 mins:
→ your mind goes quiet
→ your chest softens
→ you feel grounded in your body and safe to rest again

New to hypnosis? A quick note:
- you just deeply relax and listen to my voice — nothing to do
- you don’t lose control, you stay aware
- it’s not mind control, you remember everything

How you’ll feel after:
Clearer, grounded, rested. Not just sleepy — actually calm.

Listen before bed, in the morning, or anytime you need to come back to yourself.

Want it?

Comment SAFE and I’ll send it to your DMs.

I didn’t become a hypnotherapist because I had everything figured out.

I became one because I knew what it felt like to understand yourself deeply… and still feel stuck.

I had the psychology degree.
I understood my patterns.
I could explain where they came from.

And still, I kept trying to think my way out of burnout.

More discipline.
Better routines.
Stronger boundaries.
More self-awareness.

Until healing started to feel like another thing I could fail at.

Hypnotherapy was different.

It gave me space to stop trying so hard. To deeply relax. To let some of the change happen beneath the constant analyzing and effort.

And slowly, I noticed something:

I didn’t have to force myself into becoming a different person.

I could start relating to myself differently.

That experience is a huge part of why I do this work now.

Because I know what it’s like to be the woman who looks like she’s doing fine on the outside… while quietly wondering, “Why can’t I just feel better?”

If that’s where you are, you’re not broken.

And healing doesn’t have to become another job.

✨ What a privilege to outgrow the version of you that accepted less. ✨

For a long time I thought being kind meant having no almost boundaries.
Apologizing for needing space.
Fixing everything so no one else had to be uncomfortable.

That’s not kindness. That’s self-abandonment.

So here’s what I’m not accepting anymore:

1. Apologizing for having boundaries
2. Bare minimum effort as love
3. Being the one who always fixes it
4. Accepting less and calling it gratitude
5. Unsolicited feedback disguised as help

Tell me — what are YOU not accepting anymore?

Add your #6 in the comments. I read every one.

Follow @dreamshift.method for more boundaries and self love inspiration 🌿

Thinking about hypnotherapy but something still feels uncertain?

You’re not alone. These are the questions I hear most often.

Let’s clear them up:

You will NOT lose control. You’re aware the entire time.
It’s NOT like stage hypnosis. It’s a safe, collaborative process.
And no — you won’t reveal secrets or say things you don’t want to.

Hypnosis isn’t about giving up control.

It’s about deeply relaxing and feeling safe enough to change.

❤️ Save this for when your mind starts to spiral with “what ifs”.

Curious what it *really* feels like?

Start with my free Exit Survival Mode hypnosis audio.
It’s gentle, grounding, and takes less than 20 minutes.

If you’re in this messy middle right now, I want you to hear this:

You’re not behind.
You’re not failing.
You’re not confused because something is wrong with you.

You’re in an identity transition.

The woman you were to get here — the reliable one, the high-achiever, the one who says yes to everything — she did her job. She kept you safe.

But she can’t build the next chapter.

And you can’t think your way into clarity when your nervous system still feels unsafe to want something different.

That’s why we don’t start with another 5-year plan.
We start with safety. We start with rewiring the subconscious program that says “stay small to stay safe.”

Then clarity comes. Not from forcing, but from finally hearing yourself again.

Does this feel like where you are right now? In between who you were and who you’re becoming?

Tell me in the comments — what feels most unclear for you right now? Career, life, or both?

🌤️ Save this for the days the anxiety creeps up. You are exactly where you need to be.

For a long time, hypnosis was dismissed as “just relaxation.”

Research shows something different.

Across 85 controlled studies, the greatest improvements didn’t come from relaxing alone. They came when hypnosis included carefully chosen therapeutic suggestions.

That’s why WORDS matter so much in a session.

They are not background noise. They are the therapeutic process itself — helping your brain experience something differently.

In my sessions, I don’t use a generic script. I use your own words. The language you use to describe what you’re struggling with becomes the foundation for a tailored hypnosis, created specifically for you, your nervous system and your story.

If you’re curious what that would sound like for you, follow along here @dreamshift.method — I share more about how intentional language creates change.

🤍 Save this for the next time someone says hypnosis isn’t real, and share it with someone who needs to hear it.

this was my camera roll for years and I thought it was normal 😅

47 screenshots of sleep articles I never read
12 to-do lists I wrote to feel in control
8 selfies I deleted because I looked exhausted
and not a single moment of me actually resting

because I didn’t know how.

if you’re still collecting evidence that you’re “lazy” and need to do more - you’re not. your nervous system is just stuck in survival mode.

I don’t live here anymore, but I remember it so clearly. and I made something for when you’re in it.

send this to the bestie who would get it without you having to explain. the one who has the same camera roll. 🫶

You might not need another good night’s sleep. You might need more than a weekend to recover. 🤍

Burnout doesn’t always look like falling apart. Sometimes, it’s waking up exhausted, losing interest in things you used to love, and wondering why even the smallest tasks feel so hard.

And the hardest part? You start wondering if this is just who you are now.

🌤️ It doesn’t have to stay this way.

If you recognise yourself in 3 or more signs, 🙋🏻‍♀️comment QUIZ and I’ll point you toward free tools to help you understand what you’re experiencing and explore your next steps.

You deserve to feel like yourself again.

She doesn’t hustle to prove she’s worthy.

She rests because she knows she is. 🤍

If you’ve been living in overdrive, feeling guilty for slowing down...
this is your permission slip.

You were never meant to earn rest.
You were meant to return to yourself.

Not more productive.
More at peace. More YOU.
