Long video but worth watching. I shared earlier how opening #idcdreamfitness has been my therapy and what has helped me with my healing journey. I wanted to share where it all started to where it is now๐Ÿคโค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน I didnโ€™t start with what I have, but I had a vision of what I wanted, and knew it was something I had to create. I built this literally from the ground up and with the help of friends and family. When I say nothing but love built this, love literally built it. Not one random person did anything to bring this to life, and for that I love it even more. If you have a dream, if you want something, donโ€™t ever stop working till you get it, donโ€™t ever think it is out of reach, because it is not.
