Convergence Wellness and Music Festival 2026

With my deepest appreciation thank you for having me as a facilitator!! 🙏💕

It was a dream in my mind that I could some day combine my love for wellness and festivals! Manifesting that I would lead a wellness workshop based on my years of practice, study, and personal experience at an amazing festival! My Mind, Body, Spirit Workshop at Convergence was that dream coming into reality! ✨🤩

Manifestations can come through faster than we think! I quit my corporate job 5 months ago to pursue wellness full time, and I'm already facilitating a workshop on the main stage of a festival with artists who I love and admire! 🤯🥰

My mind is blown, my heart is full! 🫨❤️

Thank you to everyone who helped me get to this point and all the amazing people that helped make Convergence and my workshop possible! Making people's dreams come true! 🫶

You have the ability to choose that every moment that happens to you in your life is for your benefit.

Most musicians think they haven't reached their goals because of money, time, gear, or procrastination.

But the deeper truth is that you haven't finished your projects because you believe your music is here to make you worthy and valuable.

The problem is that this mindset is purely a "taking" mindset.

It uses your music as a tool to get energy from others in the form of validation.

When we understand our inherent worth, we are able to bring that energy into our music and share it with others.

And this feels way better on the receiving end.

This is the core principle that @dreamstorealitymusic programs for our students.

That plus a complete production and industry learning track with group accountability to keep you showing up and taking steps.

Musicians! Ever completely fall off track on your projects?

We know what that's like...

Here's your 3-Step Process to get back on track:

1. Remove the shame and guilt by loving the shame and guilt, itself. Just say to the shame and guilt feeling "I love you, too"

2. Recontextualize your past as for your benefit. This served me by getting me here now so that I can make the choice to move forward now.

3. Find one super easy task to do. Maybe just listen to the project. Or pick up your guitar.

The 3 steps to regaining creative momentum if you've gotten stuck:

😌 Step 1. Remove your identity and attachment to the sont and the outcome.

🙏 Step 2. Make an intentional prayer to find the inspiration again and bring the project to completion.

🛠 Step 3. Find the smallest task you can get started on.

🌊*Stay in it for a few minutes and see if you can catch the wave.

Most musicians don't fail to release their music because they're untalented.

We put too much weight on the songs to value our identity.

It's especially true among aspiring artists who haven't published yet, or have only published a few songs.

But once we get into momentum and consistent output as artists, things become more clear.
