And just like that… Alivia is back in Colorado! 🥹💚🐏

She’s officially at Colorado State — Jason’s alma mater! I absolutely LOVE having her close to home again. My mama heart is very happy. ❤️

And can we talk about this townhome?! I’m pretty sure her college setup is nicer than anything I had at 19. 😂 Slightly jealous… okay, VERY jealous.

So excited for this next chapter for her. Go Rams! 🐏💚

And yes… this poster made the move too. 😂😂 Can you guess the movie?

21 years married to my favorite person. Somehow we’ve built a pretty great life while still managing to make each other laugh (and occasionally crazy). 😂

Wouldn’t want to do any of it with anyone else.

Happy 21st Anniversary, Jason. ❤️ Here’s to us. by @dreamweaverkathi

Life has been absolutely INSANE the last few weeks! 🤪

Between buying and selling a home, remodeling our new house, getting multiple listings on the market, helping clients close on their dream homes, attending what feels like countless graduation parties, and spending precious time visiting my grandpa who is on hospice, it feels like life has been moving at 100 miles an hour.

But no matter how busy life gets, I always try to make time for one of my biggest passions—LIVE MUSIC. 🎶

Last week I got to see Morgan Wallen live. We thought we had the worst seats in the house, tucked behind the stage, but it turned out they were some of the best! Morgan made sure the fans behind the stage got plenty of attention, and it ended up being such a fun experience.

Then we squeezed in an evening with Big Head Todd & The Monsters at Red Rocks tonight!❤️

There’s just something magical about live music under Colorado’s stars, surrounded by incredible scenery, perfect weather, and thousands of people singing along. It's my happy place.

Recently, my grandpa looked at me and said, “Go live your life, sweetheart, because it’s gonna end soon.” Those words hit me hard. So I decided I’m going to these concerts whether I feel like I have the time or energy or not. Life is precious, and sometimes the best thing we can do is make the memories while we can.

The to-do list will still be there tomorrow, but these moments and memories are what life is all about. by @dreamweaverkathi
