2016 vs 2026. 🌟

Same person. A decade of experience, evolution and a little aesthetic refinement along the way. 🤍

I’ve never believed in recommending treatments purely from a textbook. I’ve always been curious to experience aesthetic medicine from both sides — as someone who performs treatments and as someone who experiences them herself.

Over the years, I’ve explored different treatments myself, learning not only from a clinical perspective, but also from the experience of being in the patient’s chair.

That personal journey, combined with years of medical experience, has shaped my philosophy: subtle enhancements, thoughtful decisions and results that still feel like you.

I don’t believe in changing faces. I believe in bringing out the best in them.

And yes, I practise what I preach. 😉

Nicole Kidman has everyone asking the same question: has she had another facelift?

But when I look at her recent appearance, the first thing I notice is not surgery. It is volume.

Her face appears slimmer, lighter and more defined, particularly through the mid and lower face. Interestingly, I think this may be part of why she looks younger.

We often assume that because we lose volume as we age, adding volume will automatically make us look younger. But that is not always the case.

Sometimes less volume can create a more youthful and natural appearance, particularly when it comes to the mid and lower face.

Of course, we cannot know what Nicole has or has not had done. This is simply my aesthetic observation based on what we can see.

Yes or No with Dr Elif 👀

Some concerns can show a noticeable difference after one appointment. Others need time, multiple sessions, or a completely different approach depending on the patient.
