I disappeared for a while.
Not by choice.

There are moments in life when everything becomes quiet, not peaceful quiet… but the kind that feels heavy. The kind where connection disappears, and you realize how much of your world exists through a simple signal.

These past months felt like living between uncertainty and waiting. Waiting for news, for normal days, for small things we usually don’t even notice.

War doesn’t only exist in headlines. It lives in ordinary days — in pharmacies with empty shelves, in people asking for medicines you can’t find, in the quiet worry behind every conversation. It lives in the feeling of not being able to help enough.

And as a woman, it felt even heavier sometimes. Thinking about freedom — not in a big, loud way, but in the small, personal ways we live it every day. The kind you only notice when it feels fragile.

I don’t have answers or big statements.
Just feelings that stayed with me.

Gratitude for safety when it exists.
Fear when it doesn’t.
And a quiet hope that life can return to something softer, kinder, more normal.
