I’ve always been drawn to those classic samurai cinematic videos. The calm before the clash, the sound of fabric moving in the wind, the kind of tension you can feel before anything even happens. ⚔️🎬
So I wanted to create my own moment inspired by that vibe. Shot in 4K, built from scratch, and influenced by old Japanese samurai films that rely on mood more than noise. 🎥✨

This was filmed using natural light, leaning into the shadows instead of fighting them. 🌒 I kept the camera movement slow and intentional, letting the environment breathe. Editing this was a whole journey too, color grading to bring out the warmth in the highlights, cooling the shadows, and giving everything that slightly dusty, ancient look. 🎨🔥

Every frame is meant to feel like it could be a samurai wallpaper or even a still from a full samurai cinematic video. Sometimes a single shot tells more than dialogue ever could. 🗡️📸

Speed pushed past human limits.
@kingvader tapping into the Speed Force.

Built this around pure velocity time distortion, lightning trails, and rapid displacement tearing through space. Every frame is driven by high-speed compositing, layered motion blur, electric arcs, and environment warping to sell the impact of moving faster than reality can keep up.

Focus was precision: clean tracking, seamless clones, and energy trails that feel alive, not pasted on.

This isn’t fast. This is breaking physics. by @drewerth_g

Always fun working on a @kingvader video! VFX handled by me.

This one leans into full Quirk-level chaos: high speed energy bursts, impact hits that crack the ground, and aggressive fire and power simulations pushing every frame. Built to feel like a live-action hero battle at 100%.

Focused on sharp compositing, heavy glow work, dynamic shockwaves, and cinematic destruction to match the intensity of the anime.

High-energy tribute inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen.
Created in collaboration with @kingvader I handled the visual effects.

This piece pushes intensity to the limit: massive cursed energy surges, heavy fire simulations tearing through the frame, and a colossal meteor crashing down straight out of an anime finale. Every explosion, flame trail, and impact was built to feel destructive, fast, and cinematic.

From ground-level shockwaves to sky-breaking destruction, the goal was simple: make it look like a live-action Jujutsu battle at full power. by @drewerth_g
