Some words to those looking to better their lives and health for 2026. 3 years ago I was 278lbs and couldn’t run a half mile without stopping to walk. This year I beat my previous “5k a day” year milage with 3,788 cycling miles and 487 for run/walk/hike. There was a lot of time between those two points but wanted to let you know looking back, “day one” and “one day” aren’t as far apart as they may feel.
Remember: Tough moments don’t break you, they shape you into something stronger. Discipline is freedom. Thanks and Love to all that have supported me from before the change started. ♥️ in ‘26. by @drewjonesb
