starting point of push: 233.9 lbs fasted

photo on left was today, photo on right is from my starting point of my last push back in august of last year. weight in both photos the same. progress was made last time, let’s see how much i can make this go around.

officially hit the 12 week mark of the push, up 15 pounds. Got about another 8-12 weeks left depending on how things go from here on out. I can confidently say that this is definitely the most serious i’ve ever taken an offseason since i’ve started training. No meals missed, no lifts missed, everything has been dialed in. Shoutout to @grayson.galich and @jasonreiserfit for being my second pair of eyes & also helping me guide my decisions in regard to my diet & etc. The plan is still to compete for the first time next year but with that being said if I don’t think i’m ready then another push phase will occur. I still tend to get in my head about whether or not I have what it takes to make it to the next level, regardless I keep my head down and keep going after it day after day. I’m genuinely excited to see where I can go with this, and hopefully at the end of this road a pro card awaits. Being so focused and locked in with “bodybuilding” (i haven’t competed yet so can’t call myself one yet srs) has translated to other aspects of my life such as school & just the overall structure of what I want my life to look like now and in the future. Even though this lifestyle can be draining at times seeing everything click is such a fulfilling feeling that it makes all of the sacrifice worth it in the end. by @drewstheticss
