. . . As Jhalak’s 22nd season nears its end, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past year.

Going into a rebuild szn, we didn’t know exactly what to expect. However, we couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. We wouldn’t have had it any other way, and more importantly, we wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else.

To our returners on board, thank you for loving Jhalak so much that you came back another year. We are beyond grateful for all the tireless work you guys have put in behind the scenes. You girls are the backbone of Jhalak. Your dedication and love for this team never went unnoticed.

To our managers, Reva and Khushi, thank you for all the guidance you’ve given the team. You both played such an instrumental role in shaping us into stronger dancers.

Finally, to J22, we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better group of newbies. You all brought so much energy, love, and passion to this team, completing our family in the best way possible. Thank you for your dedication and your willingness to always step up. You guys motivate us to do better every day and we hope that you guys know just how loved and appreciated you are.

We have loved every second of this year. From performances, to practices full of nonstop laughter, to countless TB runs, we honestly wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. It has been the kind of season where no one ever leaves practice on time and where we moved less like a team, and more like a family. Truly, everybody found a home in Jhalak and we’re so incredibly grateful to be together as one.

Until the next season!

xoxo,
JLK
