Golden light, deep healing, and a little bit of magical goats 🐐🪄

👁️ am still soaking in the beauty of my time at @sankofasanctuary in Grenada — where double rainbows 🌈🌈greeted me, the earth nourished me, and every moment felt intentional. ✨🌿

Our facilitators 🤎🤎@akita.inthebush @imeldabell @ancientblendsapothecare created such a thoughtful space for healing, guiding us through morning movement, meditation, and breathwork that grounded us and opened us up in the most powerful ways.

We spent our days foraging fresh herbs, learning the wisdom of traditional medicine🌱 Summayah reconnected with practices that have been passed down for generations.

And the food… pure love on a plate. Every meal was vibrant, healing, and unforgettable — endless gratitude to our Chef for the nourishing, delicious ITAL creations that fed both body and soul.

$J-A-M -(Jamaica)-I-C-A-Jamaica 🌺 * my cousin @amelia_creative and I imagined in a small cafe over matcha oat milk lattes in November that we would go home to Jamaica together. and thanks to her planning we made it 🇯🇲 before the end of Q1 2026. * our white house greeted us with open arms. the local next door restaurant filled our bellies with escovitch snapper and jerk chicken nightly. we enjoyed a beach bonfire and set our intentions by the moonlight 🌙 amongst star lit skies. * resting the body and the soul. we were no longer in an environment where rushing and urgency was rewarded. we went back to our 'default settings,' and in the stillness that followed we found and returned to childlike joy. the best way to describe it would be the feeling of running in the rain showers with homemade ponchos to go to Miss Lily's and giggling all the way 🤭, before bucking up on a kind taxi 🚕 man. the sun came back out before we could even finish our appetizer, cod fish fritters 🌅. * "flow" {being} 🌊 * that was the word I chose to meditate on, and the land of wood and water and the uniiiverse provided that in turn. I am grateful to my cousin @amelia_creative for being the best travel buddy ever, 😁. I am very grateful to @r_bucks for being the best Kingstonian host and cousin I could ask for Thank you for all of the experiences like *a Portmore KFC experience, *Bob Marley tribute concert on his birthday with his children performing, the *Jamaican Art district, bringing *ripe June Plum fruit from his tree, seeing *Thee Legendary DJ Richie Feelings, and watching street dancer Cyah Tiad dance with telephones and calculators as props.
