KAREN MAY BE MY NEW FAVORITE NAME!!

Today I was absolutely stunned to see my patient, Karen, 3 months after a deep plane face/neck lift, temporal brow lift, and fat grafting. Who can believe this jawline belongs to someone almost 60??

Are you considering a little personal fine tuning or perhaps a nip tuck? You will appreciate my latest story in this space. It’s such an exciting time in aesthetics. There are so many treatments and procedures for self optimization. Fees vary, of course. Facelifts are in the stratosphere for some doctors. Upwards of $350,000. But there are plenty of wonderfully gifted surgeons charging $50 K and under.

And what about fees for injectables like Botox, Sculptra, Juvederm, and RHA Collection along with energy treatments like Everesse, Onda, Ellacor, Sofwave, and Sylfirm microneedling? Depending on the location and provider, you will see a range of prices.

I broke down average fees and descriptions for many plastic surgery procedures including breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, liposuction, and facelifts (linked above in my stories) in my latest feature for @hollywoodreporter.

I also included a host of less and non invasive treatments too. Have you heard of MedWave or CryoSelene? These two non invasive treatments are very tolerable (even relaxing) and help tone, define and contour the body - no needles or knives required!

THIS IS NOT LIPOSUCTION, this is not weight loss, this is Sara 6 months after deep plane face/neck lift and a temporal brow lift.

Sara and I were both in tears laughing and amazed at these photos after her deep plane face/neck lift, temporal brow reset, facial fat grafting and undereye CO2. Sara: “PEOPLE BE NICE IN THE COMMENTS” 😂

Despite her young age of 44, she was bothered by the heaviness to her lower face and lack of jawline definition. Our primary goal was to restore her tissue to higher positions and give her the jawline and neck definition that she always wanted. Her deep neck work consisted mostly of platysmal tightening. She did not have her submandibular glands reduced or her digastric muscle trimmed. I do perform those deep neck maneuvers in select patients who need it, but often think adequate lifting can achieve these results.

She is one of the kindest and most genuine patients I’ve had the pleasure of having and I feel so lucky that I had a role in her reset journey. 🥹💕

A big NATURAL refresh for one of my kindest patients. My beautiful patient is also in the healthcare industry and wanted to look the way she felt on the inside- young, happy and refreshed. She underwent a comprehensive facial rejuvenation surgery just over 3 months ago and already her face, eyes and jawline results are remarkable!! I’m so happy she trusted me with her face!!

POV: THIS FACE AND NECK BELONGS TO A GRANDMA!!

This is my beautiful patient (yes, she’s a grandma 🤯) 4 months after deep plane face/neck lift, fat grafting, CO2 laser resurfacing (and some eye work that we’re not showing).

It’s about the little details that make a substantial difference.
You can appreciate substantial improvements in her skin quality around the mouth and jaw from the combination of surgical lifting, nano-fat, and CO2 resurfacing. Her mouth, smile and neck just look so much more relaxed and pleasant.

She tells me that her friends and family with whom she hasn’t shared she had surgery can’t tell what she’s done to look refreshed and that’s the goal!

CAN I LOOK NORMAL one month after facial rejuvenation surgery?? Umm yes you can look amazing.

My beautiful patient is ONLY 3.5 WEEKS AFTER HER REVISION DEEP PLANE FACE/NECK LIFT and fat grafting. She had her first surgery done over 20 years ago and wanted a little refresh. We had the same goals of simply restoring her natural features and making her look the way she feels on the inside.

Although she is still early in the healing, with much improvements left with her scars, softening of her results, swelling etc- we’re already both thrilled with her substantial transformation.

She is truly one of the kindest patients I have had the privilege of operating on and I’m so lucky she trusted me to perform her revision face/neck lift. I can’t wait to see her again for her 3 month follow up and photos! To my incredible patient- thank you for allowing me to share your recovery journey! 💕

Oh my gosh I love this one (transformation and my lovely patient).

My absolutely stunning patient from Toronto was bothered by her heavy upper lids and undereye bags and underwent surgery 2 months ago.

I performed a:
-upper blepharoplasty
-lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning
-facial fat grating (micro- and nanofat for skin quality improvements)
-profound RF skin tightening to her face and neck
-undereye CO2

She is early in her healing and has more improvements to come especially from the profound skin tightening that takes up to a year for full results. We can already see significant improvements in her jawline, smile and horizontal neck lines.

We both love how natural and refreshed she looks. I’m so grateful that she travelled from 🇨🇦 and trusted me with her beautiful face.
