The doctor who treated diabetic patients for over 20 years became one. That's not supposed to be the story. But it became mine.

I went from Patient Zero ➡️ Type Zero.

Here's how I did it, and what your doctor won't tell you.

There is an art to aging well. And it begins with intention.

The women who embrace each chapter of life with confidence understand that well-being is not defined by age alone. It is shaped by the choices we make, the habits we nurture and the care we give ourselves along the way.

Strength. Restorative sleep. Thoughtful nourishment. Meaningful connections. Mental clarity. A deeper understanding of our health.
And perhaps most importantly, the confidence to expect more from our well-being.

At White Glove Wellness®, we believe exceptional care begins by seeing the whole person.

Our personalized concierge approach brings together leading medical expertise, physician-guided longevity protocols, endocrine insights and private psychological advising into one thoughtfully coordinated wellness experience.

Because your mind, body and lifestyle are interconnected. Your approach to well-being should be, too.

An extraordinary life deserves extraordinary care.

Save these seven habits as a reminder of what matters.

Share them with a woman whose best chapters deserve to be lived fully.

To explore a more personalized approach to your well-being, we invite you to request a complimentary private consultation.

Leave a comment with the word BASELINE to begin.

Myth: orange pumpkins are the only ones worth eating. 🎃

👉 Truth? The color comes from pigments.

 The Orange Powerhouse 🟠: Beta-Carotene

That rich orange glow isn’t just for festive fall vibes - it’s loaded with beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant pigment.

The Science 🧪: Your body converts beta-carotene directly into Vitamin A.

The Benefit: It fuels your immune system, boosts skin health, and keeps your eyesight sharp. 👁️

The White Wonder ⚪️: Anthoxanthins & Flavonoids

White pumpkins skip the beta-carotene in their skin, giving them that pale look. But don’t let the ghost color fool you - they bring their own perks to the table!

The Science 🧪: White skin is rich in anthoxanthins.

The Benefit: These compounds offer great anti-inflammatory properties and support heart health! 🫀

The Good News: Whether you choose orange or white, BOTH are low-calorie, high-fiber, super-hydrating nutritional champs!

What’s your favorite pumpkin recipe to whip up this season? Share it below! 👇

Want fall flavor that actually fuels you?
Comment 🎃. I'll send my top high-protein pumpkin snacks.

🌸 MENOPAUSE & DIABETES: THE CONNECTION EVERY WOMAN DESERVES TO UNDERSTAND! 💕

Did you know that hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can affect more than just your mood, sleep, and energy? They can also influence how your body manages blood sugar and responds to insulin. ✨

We had such an insightful Instagram LIVE conversation with the incredible Dr. Mary Ann Martin, also known as Dr. Hormone Hacker! 👩‍⚕️💖

As a double board-certified physician, endocrinologist, and lifestyle medicine coach, Dr. Martin shared valuable insights into the connection between menopause, insulin resistance, prediabetes, and long-term metabolic health.

🌷 Here are a few important takeaways from our IG LIVE conversation:

💗 Hormonal changes matter. Declining estrogen levels can affect insulin sensitivity and blood sugar management.

🥗 Small lifestyle changes make a difference. Balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and movement after meals can support healthier blood sugar levels.

💪 Strength is part of prevention. Resistance training helps preserve muscle, support metabolism, and maintain strength as we age.

🌙 Quality sleep matters. Rest, stress management, and consistent sleep habits play important roles in overall wellness.

🩺 Knowledge is empowering. Understanding your blood sugar levels and discussing appropriate screenings with your healthcare provider can help you take a proactive approach to your health.

💖 Menopause should never be a journey filled with confusion, fear, or unanswered questions. Every woman deserves to feel informed, supported, and empowered to understand her body and embrace this new chapter with strength and confidence. 🌸

Your doctor told you what to eat. Nobody told you how to drink while on a GLP-1 drug.
Here are the 5 rules I share with my patients:

1️⃣ Food before the first sip.
Protein first - but not protein alone. Eat a balanced meal; don’t “save calories” by skipping dinner.

Alcohol makes it harder for your liver to keep blood sugar steady, especially when you haven’t eaten.

2️⃣ Skip the sugar bomb.
Frozen cocktails. Sugary mixers. Syrup-heavy pours. Those extras add up, but a sugar-free drink is not a free pass. Alcohol itself supplies calories, and the amount you drink still matters. Simpler doesn’t mean harmless.

3️⃣ Choose what you genuinely enjoy. Keep the rest balanced. This is about intention - alcohol calories and distracted eating can both add up.

Choose intentionally.
Don’t stack automatically.
Wine + dessert + a huge meal + “one more round” = a metabolic disaster.

4️⃣ Count pours, not glasses.
That generous wine pour may be more than one drink.

One U.S. standard drink is approximately:
🍷 5 oz wine
🍺 12 oz beer
🥃 1.5 oz spirits

Decide your limit before the event … not halfway through the second pour.

5️⃣ Water between drinks.
Keep water handy and sip regularly, especially if nausea or vomiting has reduced your fluid intake. Alcohol and GLP-1 side effects can both contribute to dehydration.

👉 Your turn: has your go-to drink/ amount changed since starting a GLP-1?

Comment DRINK and I’ll send you my favorite lower-sugar sips for your next night out. 🍸

“It’s only once a year" is the biggest lie of Fall. 😳

I used to say it every time…Anyone else?

My go-tos? A pumpkin muffin.
A slice of pumpkin pie.

Then the crash hit. Sugars tanked. Cravings ⬆️. I wanted more sweets. That cycle is vicious‼️😩

Now I hack cravings with Pumpkin Energy Bites.
2 bites = 110 cal, 3g protein, 4g fat,16g carbs

Let’s compare this to what I used to do:
✴️ Starbucks pumpkin cream cheese muffin: about 400 cal, 55g carbs.
✴️ Costco pumpkin pie slice: about 380 cal, 50g+ carbs.

Same flavor. Same spice. WAY less sugar load.

Enjoy the season AND stay on track. 🎃🙌

👉 Your turn: what holiday indulgence do you wish had a healthier version? Drop it below. I might hack it next!

Two people. Same shot.
One loses 20 pounds. One loses nothing.

👉 The difference isn't the drug.

Comment WHEELS and I'll send what the responders do differently.

Save it for month 2, when the scale stalls.
