I wasn’t sure I’d share these.What was meant to be a simple creative shoot became something that surprised me - a reminder of what my body has carried, created and held… and how rarely I stop to acknowledge it.Two children.A business I’m building from the ground up.A life that’s busy, full, layered.A woman who is still learning to see her own strength.Yoga taught me that my body isn’t something to criticise - it’s something to respect.To meet myself with honesty instead of judgement.To recognise power in the quiet moments as much as the loud ones.And that’s what Yoga Social Club has given so many of us:a place to return to ourselves, not just our mats.Thank you to the amazing @driaeitak who captured me in a way that feels true - strong, human, and in-motion.
