📣 BEND OREGON HOMIES & NOMIES 📣
Very excited to be popping into the city next weekend with the pleasure of playing 2 gigs!

FRIDAY 7/24: @thecapitol_bend 9:00PM - 2:00AM 🔊
SATURDAY 7/25: @bunkandbrew 7:00PM - 11:00PM 🔊

A lot of memories were made in Bend the summers of 2022 & 2023 along my nomadic journey 💭 it felt like every weekend I was popping up somewhere new and there was the community every time to have fun and dance along with me 💃🕺
.
I can’t wait for the opportunity to return and play 🎵 but most importantly, I can’t wait to see my friends again and hopefully meet some new ones 😁
(even for a short visit. I’ll be in town 7/23 - 7/27! If you’re around hmu!) taken in Bend, Oregon by @driftalongdjaaron

This feeling >>>
Celebrating love 💜 dancing the night away 🪩
.
10 years and this was the first time my family saw me in a professional setting. For the response to be “WOW, you’re really good at this!” Is an indescribable feeling.
.
I’m grateful that DJing has carved out this little identity in my life ✨🫶

In a world that feels chaotic and oh so cynical, I hope you find the good in it, see the good in people and find moments that make you smile 🙂

Grateful for my 2 weeks out west, revisiting friends, places and celebrating love! Thank you @carly_wesolowski for the first 2 candids 📸 taken in Out West by @driftalongdjaaron

@carly_wesolowski has done it again with some INCREDIBLE photos from @descendonbend 📸 😍
.
This photo captures my 5 minute boiler room set with everyone on stage until the stage started sinking in the dirt and I had to get you all off🙈😂
.
I’ll be sharing more of these as time goes on! I am constantly reliving the memories of this set in my head, I can’t wait to share, and thank you Carly once again!! taken in The Great State Of Oregon by @driftalongdjaaron

Descend Post 1/2:
It’s been a week since my @descendonbend set and I’m still awe 🤩 this by far has been the craziest set I’ve played on the road yet!
.
I really don’t know what to say… not even 2 years ago, I was just a DJ from New York running the circuit of weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthday parties and school dances…. When I hit the road I didn’t know what I was looking for but I definitely wasn’t expecting or looking for this…
.
When I casually pulled out my DJ decks to a group of 30 nomads during Christmas 2021, I never expected I would be playing to a crowd of 300+ kicking up dust in the woods, chanting my name!
.
I’m eternally grateful for every single person that continues to show up for me. For the people that continue to watch me grow. For the people that continue to want to put me on stage. It’s still crazy for me to comprehend sometimes 🥹💜
.
Huge shoutout to the Descend team for giving me this opportunity 🙏 also shoutout to @musclesonthemove for being a Badass MC 😎 these sets take on another level with him behind the mic and I love rocking out up there with you my dude 🎤
.
Ok emotional talk over but please know that I LITERALLY HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR EVERY ONE OF YOU 💕 as we all continue to live our crazy nomadic lives please be kind to one another, spread love, radiate your positivity and I can’t wait to catch you at the next BANGER 🫶😊 taken in Hole-in-the-Ground by @driftalongdjaaron

Two different lifestyles, one life:
Oh the dichotomy, east vs. west. Corporate vs. expression. Nature vs. industrial.
- The contrast between the vastness of forests and desert I travel in the west vs the density of New York City
- Between the corporate mixers/private parties and the artistic festivals/raves I get to DJ
- Between the concrete/metal and the trees, rivers and ocean.
And although it’s weird to transition back and forth between the two, I am grateful that I chose a life where I get to experience the best of both worlds 😁 by @driftalongdjaaron

Aaron… your whole Instagram persona is about being a DJ… you might as well post about it! There truly is no better feeling than taking a crowd on a musical journey. Gimme any crowd and I’ll make them DANCE 🪩 🔊🎧🎵

Movement is medicine. Music is healing. DJing will always be a passion of mine 😌 taken in New York, New York by @driftalongdjaaron
