WE DID IT!!!! 🥳🎉

321 COFFEE IS OFFICIALLY COMING BACK TO COSTCO ACROSS NORTH CAROLINA!!!!

ICYMI, at the end of April, Costco gave us a two-week window for a limited-time trial. We knew it was a huge opportunity, and we also knew we couldn't do it alone.

Well, you all SHOWED UP!!!

You bought bags. You shared posts. You told your friends. Some of you even signed up for a Costco membership just to buy the 2 lb bag of 321 Coffee! The Raleigh Costco sold out in just 8 days, and the support across the entire state was overwhelming. We connected with soooo many new friends in new places. THANK YOU!!!

Winning this Costco trial is a huge win for 321 Coffee, for our mission of disability inclusion and representation, and for access to specialty coffee at Costco value! And that win belongs to all of us!

More details soon, but today, we celebrate! Tag someone who needs to hear this news in the comments ⬇️🥳

321 COFFEE IS COMING TO COSTCO!!!🚨

(And no, this is not an April Fools joke 🤪)

At the end of April, you’ll be able to find 321 Coffee in every Costco warehouse across North Carolina 🙌

But here’s the important part: we need YOUR help to stay!

Once our pallets hit the floor in April, we'll have just 2 weeks to sell as many bags as possible and show Costco that we deserve to be a permanent offering in the coffee aisle. This is a BIG opportunity for our small biz!

So when do pallets hit the floor???

As of now, it's looking like the week of April 26! But stay tuned, we’ll keep you updated as it hits each location so you know when to go!

Share this video, tag the biggest Costco fanatics you know in the comments, and get ready to follow along this wild adventure with us!

North Carolina, get ready!!! This is about to be epic!!!

BIG NEWS: We went on our first ever origin trip to Peru!

This year, @cafeimports invited us along to Peru to learn more about the coffee you all know and love and we're still pinching ourselves.

We spent the week exploring Lima, tasting incredible coffees, meeting the people who make it all possible, and getting an up-close look at the journey coffee takes before it reaches your cup.

This experience was equal parts educational, inspiring, and unforgettable. And we're just getting started...

Follow along as we take you behind the scenes of our Peru adventure. ✈️☕

Part 1: Lima, cupping, and the export process.
Part 2: Visiting the farm where Elevate begins. 🌱

People-focused coffee. 💖☕
321 is nothing without our people.

These are just a few of the incredible individuals who make 321 what it is. ❤️ They're also a reminder of something bigger: when people are given opportunities to contribute, grow, and belong, everyone benefits. This National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we're celebrating the incredible team members who bring their talents, personalities, and passion to our cafés and roastery every day. by @drink321coffee

This weekend’s camera roll! 📸🗽

It is so surreal to think that we started as a coffee company doing tiny pop-ups on campus in Raleigh, and almost 10 years later, we’re doing pop-ups at major events in New York City where we get to represent disability inclusion on some of the biggest stages for hospitality in the world!!! Sometimes we just have to pause and take it all in. We're so grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey!

Thank you for having us!!

Throwback time. ☕️🗽✨

Last year, we packed up the coffee, headed to New York City, and watched our team do what they do best: connect with people.

These photos are some favorites because they capture opportunities our team deserves to have. The chance to travel, meet new people, share their talents, and represent a company they're helping build.

A lot has happened since this trip. We've grown, welcomed thousands of new people into the 321 Coffee community, and created even more meaningful employment opportunities along the way.

This weekend, we're headed back to NYC.

You'll find us at @welcomeconference and slinging bucket lattes at our Draft Latte Bar at Chase Sapphire @eeeeeatscon. ☕️
️
See you soon, NYC. ❤️

If you're new here, meet Aaron! 💛

A few years ago, Aaron took his first trip EVER on an airplane to New York City for a work trip with 321 Coffee.

This week, we surprised him with the news that we're heading back to the big apple for @eeeeeatscon and the @welcomeconference and because @wguidara specifically asked Aaron to bring all his energy and love back to the city!

The reaction says it all. New York City, watch out this weekend!! Aaron is BACK 🤣🙌🕺 by @drink321coffee
