Thank you to everyone who joined us for Golden Hour Sunset Yoga & Sound Bath. There’s something so special about slowing down together, moving with intention, and ending the day surrounded by this incredible community.

WE’RE TAKING THE BIKES OUTSIDE. 🗣️

Welcome to our first ever Spin + Sip Summer Social.

5 outdoor classes.

Saturday, July 25, starting at 9am.

At the @collectiveartsspaces Beer Garden.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Purchase tickets NOW on the app or our website.
2. Choose between a ticket that gets you one or two 30-minute spin classes.
3. Use your ticket to book classes on Sunday, July 12 at 5pm on the app. Your regular memberships or class credits will not work.

PRICING:

Early bird tickets will be available for $35 for 1 class and $55 for 2 classes from now until July 13. Regular tickets will be available after that until sold out.

GIVEAWAYS:

One person from each class will win a prize pack from @lululemon, @ciranutrition, @fiore.medspa, @thegemstudio.ca, @collectiveartsspaces and us of course. 😜

FOOD + DRINKS:

Collective Arts will supply everyone with a free Botany Energy drink and we’ll have @guacandroll.ca and @reddoordundas available for purchase on site. Veg, GF & DF options will be available.

Please note there will be no studio classes on July 25.

My top 3 marathon training tips throughout summer: 
#1: Run slower than you think you need to. The mileage adds up, fitness builds over time, and trusting the process always pays off. 
#2: Electrolytes. 
#3: Fuel with clean energy. This has been one of the biggest shifts in my training. Long runs, and strength sessions require energy that lasts, not just a quick spike.
I’ve been reaching for @botanydrinks because it’s made with natural caffeine from green tea, adaptogens like ginseng and schisandra, L-theanine, plus Vitamins C, B3, B6, and B12 to support sustained energy and focus throughout the day. It’s become an easy addition to my routine before busy training days lasting me throughout my workdays .  
Training for a marathon is all about stacking small habits consistently, and these are three that have made a huge difference for me this summer.

Happy Pride from Queer Skate Toronto!
