Tomatoes and mozzarella. Feta scattered through summer greens. Pesto tangled in pasta. And to finish? Something salty and sparkling citrus.

À Paris, la consommation d’alcool sur la voie publique est temporairement interdite en raison de la canicule.

Chez FINOTE, nous n’avons jamais pensé que l’apéro se résumait à l’alcool.

RITUALS DE FESTA I FOC

Finote va néixer a Argelès-sur-Mer, entre el mar, les muntanyes i l’esperit català.

Per Sant Joan, celebrem els rituals de festa i foc: flors recollides, copes alçades i desitjos lliurats a les flames.

Deixem enrere el que ja ha florit. Brindem pel que està a punt de començar.

For Sant Joan, we celebrate the rituals of fire and festivity: flowers gathered, glasses raised and wishes given to the flames.

We let go of what has already bloomed. We toast to what is about to begin.

Add FINOTE and coffee to a shaker with ice.

N° 2
Shake hard until well chilled and frothy.

N° 3
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
