Say hello to the newest addition to our menu item 🐝 — Shio Honey Hojicha

Sweet and salty has always been one of our favorite flavor combinations, and we knew it deserved a place on the menu.

We start with wildflower honey infused with a touch of sea salt to create a golden shio honey syrup. Layered into our signature hojicha, it brings a smooth, rich sweetness that deepens the tea’s natural roasted character while finishing velvety and balanced.

UJI — deep notes of chocolate and espresso
YAME — warm toasted caramel and gentle sweetness
