So it’s wine? Actually no. If anything it’s “pre wine” made with the grapes that didn’t get to fulfill their destiny to become wine. Verjus is its own thing. It’s not normal sweet grape juice and it’s not wine. It’s verjus. It’s tart and unfermented, so naturally non-alcoholic. JONI celebrates verjus with 2 flavor profiles: Blanc and Rouge. The JONI & Tommy-tini is the perfect summer sip. With the basil & tarragon in JONI Blanc, it makes the perfect pairing with the sweetness of fresh tomatoes. If you like a savory sip, this one is for you! Use your favorite gin and vermouth (NA or conventional). Recipe below:

1 small/medium tomato, roughly chopped
2oz gin
1oz dry vermouth
JONI Blanc
Cherry tomato & basil for garnish
Ice

In a shaker, muddle the chopped tomato. Add ice, the gin & vermouth and shake. Pour into a glass, top with JONI Blanc and garnish with a cherry tomato and sprig of fresh basil. by @drinkjoni
