We're pouring at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen — five alcohol-removed wines crafted by Aaron Pott, the winemaker Food & Wine named Winemaker of the Year. Same Napa pedigree, none of the alcohol.

Come taste the Rosé, the Red Blend, the White, and our two sparklings. Find us on the Grand Tasting floor and tell us which one surprises you.

In this winemaker’s perspective, we break down why so many NA wines fall short and what we focused on instead when creating Missing Thorn. It all comes back to balance, structure, and preserving the experience that makes wine feel like wine in the first place.
