T-1 DAY!!! UNTIL OUR ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY PARTY ☁️

The biggest lesson from year one? Good things take time.

Muni didn’t grow overnight. It grew slowly, one relationship at a time. The other coffee and matcha carts who shared advice, the food and craft vendors we set up beside, the organizers who took a chance on us, and the regulars and friends who showed up rain or shine.

“Muni-muni” means to reflect, and looking back, every good memory traces back to someone in this community who lifted us up. If you’ve been part of our story, you’re the real MVP. 🫶🏻

Speaking of things worth the wait… Our best seller, the Biko Latte. A take on my favorite childhood dessert: coconutty, rich, and slow-cooked with love.

T-3 days until our one-year anniversary party! ☁️

One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned this year is how to lead with our values.

When we first started, we said yes to every opportunity that came our way. We were still figuring out who we were, what we stood for, and what kind of community we wanted to build. In the process, we spread ourselves way too thin trying to be everywhere at once.

There were moments when we were completely exhausted and genuinely wondered if we should keep going. Thankfully, our friends talked us out of making any dramatic decisions lol

Over time, we’ve learned that not every opportunity is the right opportunity. Now, we focus on events and spaces that feel meaningful to us. Showing up with intention has made this journey so much more sustainable and so much more rewarding.

This Saturday feels like the perfect example of that. We’re celebrating one year at @mixed.pantry alongside @balik2bayan, @kinokos.house, and @cutesydaisies, surrounded by people we genuinely admire.

We’ll also be bringing back our limited Blueberry Yuzu Latte (available with coffee or matcha), made with @kuzefukuandsons yuzu syrup infused with blueberries. And if you love it as much as we do, you can pick up your own bottle of yuzu syrup at Mixed Pantry while you’re there.

T-4 days until our one-year anniversary party! ☁️

Something we didn't expect to wrestle with this year: whether to actually put our own flavors on the menu.

Honestly? At the start we were nervous. Calamansi, biko, pandan — the flavors we grew up with — how would it work in a drink? Would people get it? Would they rather something more familiar? More than once we caught ourselves wondering if we should just play it safe 😅

Turns out those were exactly the drinks people remembered us by. The ones you came back for, asked about, and told your friends to try. Leaning into our story instead of tucking it away ended up being one of the best decisions we made all year 🫶🏻

Thank you for being curious, for trying the unfamiliar with us, and for letting us share a little piece of where we come from in every cup.

T-5 days until our one-year anniversary party! ☁️

We’ve learned SO much in our first year, and one thing we didn’t expect to spend so much time thinking about is operations. How can we make our experience behind the cart smoother? How can we make your experience better?

Sometimes I cringe thinking about our very first pop-up. Some people waited forever for their drinks, and we even missed a few orders 😭 (if that was you... please forgive us omg).

Over the past year, we’ve slowly built systems that help us adapt to each event, serve drinks more efficiently, and create a better experience for everyone. Looking back, it’s pretty wild to see how much we’ve grown.

Thank you for your patience, support, and grace as we’ve figured things out along the way 🫶🏻

Meet @aufe.coffee, a mobile cafe that focuses on bold Vietnamese flavors. We’re excited to kick off our Cart to Cart series with their lychee cold brew, which we first tried at @theblockseattle and haven’t stopped thinking about since!

From the first time we met Tran, Nhat, and Nathan, it felt like reconnecting with old friends. You couldn’t pay us enough to stop giggling and cracking jokes together lol they’re the kind of people who immediately welcome you in and it’s such a joy to have them in the Seattle community 🫶🏻
