We’re honored to be joined by @tamon_ and Gary, whose lived experiences and creative practices invite us to think beyond recognition and reconnect with purpose.

DC, join us at @groun.ded for an evening on what it means to build without waiting for permission.

Gary Williams and @tamon_ , co-founders of @creativetheoryagency, built one of the industry’s most respected creative agencies by staying focused on the work, not the applause.

We’ll talk about detoxing from external validation, trusting your own vision before anyone else does, and what it takes to keep building when the co-signs haven’t arrived yet.

Stick around for an open Q&A and be among the first to experience and take home our newest herbal tea blend.

got ice?🧊🧊🧊🧊🧊

your summer ritual just got cooler. iced rematea is more than a refresh; cold tea can support hydration, help regulate body temperature, and make daily wellness feel a little lighter during warmer months. steep it strong, pour it over ice, and let the season do the rest. by @drinkrematea
