There’s something so valuable about holding onto to the old ways, routines, and nostalgia - especially when it brings us back to calm and contentment.

That song, meal, or health practice that we’re so grateful to have found, and that you can always return to - no matter how far we’ve strayed. These things are always there for us and ready to offer refuge.

Many things in our modern world ask us to reach for the newest, the most innovative, the revolutionary. It’s very easy to grab for these things because they probably do make life easier and more comfortable. The thing it probably won’t do? Replace those timeless, lasting treasures that we’ve accumulated through our life experiences.

Sauna is, without question, one of those steady pillars that we’ve cultivated into routine. It helps us overcome the stress and chaos of our world. It’s always there to remind us what we’re capable of, and what’s important in life. It always brings us back to our nature, our breath, and awareness of our body. Oh, and it’s one of those things that’s simple, timeless, and never has to change. taken in Lake Superior by @drinksaunawater

Slow Time is finally here. 🌊

Introducing our newest beverage in the Sauna Water lineup, inviting you to sip slowly and enjoy quality time with others. Designed alongside our friends at @lostlanguagesauna, we blended butterfly pea flower, elderflower, hibiscus, lavender, plum, lemon, and mineralized sea salt into something floral, vibrant, purple, and awakening. Best enjoyed after rounds of sauna and cold plunge, or over ice surrounded by your favorite people.

Lost Language is a neighborhood sauna space based in Chicago, where quality time is unrushed. Warm and social, they bring people together for regular connection that feels fun, intentional, and deeply human. Their brick-and-mortar location is set to open soon.

Slow Time is only available online, with cans making their way out to retail partners in coming weeks. taken in Chicago, IL by @drinksaunawater

Sunday morning rounds. 🌊

The week was stressful at work, and you weren’t able to prioritize your wellness. The weekend has been packed with obligations and running around, and still, no time for you.

Sunday is here. Make it your day for rest, recovery, and reconnection. The ritual of sauna is a powerful mental, physical, and spiritual reset. Clarity, gratitude, and awareness of all that you have will hopefully crystallize, giving you a fresh outlook on the week ahead. taken in Nisswa, Minnesota by @drinksaunawater

Superior Coast and Sample Packs are back in stock. 🌿

It’s been almost a year since our newest beverage joined the lineup, and what can we say? It’s sold out twice now. We mean it when we say this is our passion project as we explore the ever-complicated world of herbal mixology. Hundreds of botanicals and flowers can be used to draw out certain notes, so expect this one to evolve and live over time, as we explore new and more flavorful recipes.

Superior Coast is brewed with lime juice, organic hyssop, organic elderflower, organic sage, organic juniper berries, organic mint, organic licorice root, and trace mineralized sea salt for electrolytes. The result is something equally complex and refreshing.

Best served over ice, or straight from the can after a sauna session in the forest. 🌊🌲 taken in Lake Superior by @drinksaunawater

As we set our gaze to the north, an overwhelming feeling of calm rushes through us. The vastness of these waters, the magnitude of this much open space - puts us right where we need to be, back in alignment with our nature.

There’s so much life here. We can hear it, feel it in us, smell it, taste it. The birds passing overhead tell us. The waves crashing scream it to us. The cold waters welcome us in to come and feel it.

Let them. All we have to do here is sit quietly, open our ears, and be present. No phones, social media, or chaos from the outside world are allowed here. taken in Lake Superior by @drinksaunawater

This is that type of hot weather where all we’re looking around for is a cool body of water to soak. Whether that’s a lake, bathhouse, pool, or neighborhood sprinkler to run through - they all count. Hoping you all can find some cool waters and beverages to chill out with this weekend. 🌊 taken in Cedar and Stone Nordic Sauna by @drinksaunawater

This past winter, we made a new friend out in Michigan. @theadventuremindset, an area creator, reached out with one goal - to explore Michigan’s Upper Peninsula for the perfect spot to make a nature inspired cocktail with Sauna Water.

Introducing Ebb & Flora, a cocktail (or mocktail) recipe with Forest Fields and a botanical aperitivo focus at its core. Made with @vikredistillery Amaro Superiore (mocktail: substitute @drinkghia Original NA Apéritif), @amesfarm Spring Blossom honey, fresh-pressed blood orange juice, Forest Fields Sauna Water, and a chamomile flower garnish.

Find the entire recipe at the link in our bio, and be sure to follow @theadventuremindset for some beautiful content from around Michigan. ✌️ taken in Upper Peninsula of Michigan by @drinksaunawater

As seen in The New York Times. 🌊

Nordic Spruce is our flagship and our origin story packed into one can. It was inspired by winter camping in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, where foraging and brewing teas to keep warm almost always includes a dose of fresh spruce.

That, paired with the countless hours of sauna that followed, is what makes this the beverage for sauna. Brewed with foraged spruce tips, cardamom pods, juniper berries, lemon, and mineralized sea salt for electrolytes.

Find Nordic Spruce online or at our retail partners nationwide. taken in Lake Superior by @drinksaunawater
