My last booking changed into an our door reception last minute and thank God I had some of the most needed necessities in my main hand bag.

It is so important we plan ahead when dealing with this TEXAS HEAT

Key things to keep in mind, when working outdoors

1. Stay hydrated ( Pack your favorite stanley )
2. Always carry sunscreen
3. Have a portable fan on you
4. Portable charger always in case of any no. Working outlets in the venue or if you’re working an outdoor event
5. A will be back signage (even if you’re stepping out for 5 mins) it shows some sign of communication whenever you need to rehydrate or gather yourself together
6. Deodorant (freshen up ) The sun will have you soaking
7. Protein bar (mini snack to keep on deck )

DrinksOnDani Airlines Series

I decided to curate cocktails mid air !

Anytime I’m flying with any airlines, I’m very limited on drink options due to the mixers they carry.

So in these series I will curate signature cocktails that are easy to make.

**** Keep in mind

In-flight service: Airlines sell individual mini-bottles of liquor on many flights.

Flight rules: Federal aviation rules state you can only drink alcohol served by the flight attendant.

Personal alcohol: It is illegal to open and drink your own alcohol on an airplane.

When purchasing mixers, just pour them into a mini tsa approved travel sized bottle.

I have had my fair share of events where I have underprepared myself with the limit of having a certain important material ! To the guest, it seems as if the bartender has everything under control! However, as a business owner, there is always one or two items we may forget or leave out that could side track us from reaching that full potential to excell work craft, smoothly!!

There are times when I want to share all my exciting content from past events, but instead, I get distracted. Then, time passes, and I am just scrolling past all these unedited content.
It’s hard going back and forth with remaining focused !!

I told myself to commit on my off days to remain more consistent ! It’s better said than done, however this is a task I’m willing to execute.

What makes me happy is being in control of my own happiness. It means choosing peace over chaos, protecting my energy, and creating a life that feels authentic to who I am. I feel whole when my joy isn’t dependent on other people, but instead comes from within from doing what I love, surrounding myself with genuine people, and embracing the moments that make my heart feel full.

I find happiness in meaningful connections, celebrating life’s milestones, expressing my creativity, and making others smile. I feel complete when I’m growing, giving, and living with purpose. Being in control of my happiness means giving myself permission to rest, to set boundaries, to chase my dreams, and to appreciate how far I’ve come.

Wholeness, for me, is knowing that I am enough exactly as I am. It’s waking up with gratitude, finding beauty in both the big celebrations and the quiet moments, and choosing myself every day. My happiness is something I nurture, protect, and create and that’s where I find my greatest sense of peace.

There’s nothing quite like being part of a community. Let me tell you about Umuaka—we stand tall, we stand strong, and we continue to uplift one another with unwavering love and support.
I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to bartend at my little cousin’s pre-white party. Being surrounded by the same people I grew up with, while witnessing new love stories unfold and new families begin, was truly special. It’s a deep, rooted sense of love, unity, and belonging that’s hard to put into words.

Staying consistent with posting can be quite challenging. Life gets in the way, distractions arise, and procrastination creeps in!

Before you know it, you have a lot of content stored up that hasn’t been utilized.

My objective for my business is to prioritize the social media aspect and ensure it gets the attention it deserves.

I’m setting a challenge for myself to be more consistent and persistent.
