I remember about one year ago I had my first tea ceremony held by the lovely @yuliyateahut

Before that I always tried to have tea by myself but I had a different vision of how it should be like. I thought I couldn’t focus because my cats were always around me. I thought they would distract me. I told Yuliya about that and she said “Just include them.” And now it is my most favorite thing having them by my side. They love it as much as I do. Piper loves to have tea outside with me and Paige loves to be by my side inside (like today). It’s funny, outside on my balcony Paige would always join ,but sleeping off camera and inside Piper is the one who likes to sleep next to us off camera and Paige loves the attention ❣️

Now one year later I am having my daily morning tea directly after waking up and I squeeze in an hour in the afternoon if I feel like I need it - like today!

Quality time with myself & my cats 🐈🐈❣️

What book do you think everyone should read at least once in their life?

I just started to read “Woman Who Run With the Wolves” again. It got recommended to me a few years ago. I started it multiple times already but life always got in between.

So today instead of mindless scrolling I picked up my Kindle, prepared some tea and just started to read again :)

Finally fully moved my little tea corner into my bedroom. My bedroom has always been my safe space from a very young age on and it still is my favorite room in my apartment. Love my new decoration! The whole corner brings a lot of calming energy into my bedroom <3

Pulled five gemstones blindly from my little gemstone bowl today and once again I’m surprised by how much they match where I’m at right now.

I kind of forgot about my routines these past three weeks and just kept going until everything became a bit too much. So I’m slowly getting back to the things I know are good for me and actually make me feel better.

And somehow the stones I picked today fit the past few weeks, this exact moment and what’s ahead so well.

It’s such a lovely way to wake up with the sunrise ☀️
The air is so peaceful and calm when everyone else is still sleeping. I redecorate my little tea corner a little bit and bought new cushions ☺️ of course Piper loves them as well 😄 maybe one day she will not always jump on the table and almost knock off my tea pot & bowl lol (psht don’t tell anyone - I secretly love it) 🥰

Today’s tea time went different than expected but it will definitely be one I will remember for a long time 😂

What amazed me the most was how I handled every “disturbance” - I took it with humor and always immediately found my way back to the present task ✨🤍✨that’s the magic of tea!

Today I woke up by myself at 5:17am and 15 minutes later I was sitting down for tea. I love it when almost the whole neighborhood is still sleeping. Today’s little morning tea time was so peaceful & calm and with lots of trusting energy in the here & now but also in what’s to come next. Step by step.
