Tonight, all across Mexico, El Grito rings out. It’s the cry of independence, echoing the call Father Hidalgo made in 1810 that began Mexico’s fight for freedom. Every September 15th at 11pm, plazas across the country fill with millions shouting “¡Viva México!” together. And tomorrow, we celebrate Independence Day. From our familia to yours, ¡Viva México! 🇲🇽 📸 @alma_rivera_fotografia #mexico #independència #tequila taken in San Juanito De Escobedo, Jalisco by @drinkvalor

If you haven’t met Jeremy, he’s our Director of Operations. While he is sometimes behind the scenes, he plays an integral part in everything we do and has ridden this wild roller coaster we call Valor since day one. And today is his birthday! Please help us wish him a very, very happy one! 🥰🥰🥳 #teamwork #tequila #community taken in Los Angeles, California by @drinkvalor

Valor makes tequila. Leobardo has spent his life studying what tequila takes from the land and the people, and how to give back. That’s why he’s the heart of Gente Buena in Mexico, the researcher from the University of Guadalajara who leads our work on the ground and turns our intentions into something real. He grew up in the Valley of Tequila. This is his home, and these are his people. Everything we do is guided by the experts who live here, and we feel incredibly lucky to work with some of the best humans. 💕💕💕 📸 @alma_rivera_fotografia #tequila #community #gentebuena by @drinkvalor

NOM 1599 doesn’t have to give us this kind of real estate, but we are honored and grateful to be side by side with our Atanasio familia. And for a brand born in Los Angeles, the palm tree inside the distillery feels just right for these LA kids 🌴 #tequila #family #community taken in Casa Atanasio by @drinkvalor

Valor turned 3 this week!! And what we know is that a small brand like ours is built by villages. Ours is full of people like Ernesto, our dear friend and the Director of Food and Beverage at PGA West Private. He took a chance on us before we turned one, championed us into our partnership with Century Golf and Palmer Advantage, and has been in our corner ever since. To Ernesto, and to everyone who has believed in us along the way: WE LOVE YOU! 🫶🏽🫶🏽 #tequila #golf #community taken in PGA WEST Golf Resort & Club by @drinkvalor

We have news! The launch of our pilot medical clinic, coming to San Pedro de los Landeros in partnership with Point Washington Medical Clinic, a free and charitable clinic based in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, with a decade of experience delivering mobile medical care to underserved communities. Together, we produced a single barrel of Valor Tequila Reposado, and 100% of the proceeds are funding supplies and logistics for the clinic. The PWMC team is volunteering their time, traveling to Jalisco to offer free medical evaluations on July 31 and August 1. This year, we are also expanding care beyond San Pedro de los Landeros to include El Medineño, our neighboring community. Visiting specialists will evaluate residents living with chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and high cholesterol, at no cost. Full details and appointment information coming shortly. #HealthcareIsAHumanRight #GenteBuena #pwmc #radicallyinclusivehealthcare by @drinkvalor

To our Valor familia, Today is Father’s Day, and I want to tell you about the man behind our hummingbird. My dad. We lost him suddenly in 2018. In the days after, when it felt almost impossible to put one foot in front of the other, a hummingbird appeared in the middle of winter and would not leave my side. In Mexican folklore, the hummingbird is sacred, believed to carry the thoughts of one person to another. When you see one, it means someone, somewhere, is thinking of you fondly. My father’s love and appreciation for Mexico ran deep. So much of my childhood was spent with him in La Paz, and that love is alive in everything Valor is. When we began building this brand, I shared my dad’s story with our art director, Nick Oliver Ronceros. What came next was one of the most beautiful conversations, and I want to thank Nick for giving my father’s story wings in the most meaningful way. Almost three years into Valor, I just want to say thank you. To my dad, for guiding me still, from wherever he is. To Nick, for honoring him so beautifully. And to all of you, for being part of this. If you see a hummingbird today, someone is thinking of you. Feliz Día del Padre. With all the love in the world, CM @dimensionsbyoliver #hummingbirds #colibri #tequila taken in Los Angeles, California by @drinkvalor

Happy Pride Month! Fun fact: while we see the colors of the rainbow, hummingbirds, our iconic Valor symbol, see colors far beyond what humans can’t perceive. The world is more colorful than we know. At Valor, we believe in Gente Buena, and that all people belong and are worth celebrating 💕💕💕 #pridemonth #loveislove #community #tequila taken in Los Angeles, California by @drinkvalor
