Move over Pumpkin Spiced Latte, it’s Berry Spiced Latte season.

We’re celebrating International Coffee Day the Driscoll’s way with a berry syrup that takes your morning coffee to a whole new level. Recipe below 👇

1️⃣ Simmer 750g fresh Driscoll's raspberries, 200ml water, 300g caster sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, and 3 whole cloves in a saucepan for 15–20 minutes until the berries break down and the spices infuse.

2️⃣ Scoop out the cinnamon stick and whole cloves, then strain the syrup through a cheesecloth into a jar, pressing down to catch all the seeds and remaining spices.

3️⃣ Stir 1–2 tbsp of syrup into your hot or iced espresso, top with milk of your choice, and enjoy! by @driscolls.uk

Here’s why we’re team Driscoll’s raspberries at 3pm: they’re naturally sweet, satisfyingly juicy, and packed with fibre. Trust us, you’ll feel the difference. by @driscolls.uk
